The Brainerd Dispatch in a Jan. 30 story inadvertently omitted a portion of the comments made by Republican 8th District congressional candidate Stewart Mills regarding people with preexisting conditions that he dealt with as a health plan administrator. Mills said there were very few people with true preexisting conditions that didn’t have a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act certificate.

The Dispatch regrets the error.
