LITTLE FALLS — Four people were injured in a two-vehicle head-on crash reported at 4:40 p.m. Thursday on Highway 27 and Game Farm Road, east of Little Falls, reported the Minnesota State Patrol.

Both drivers, who each had one passenger, were all transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls and were: Richard G. Henry, 24, Pierz, and his passenger Derek Van Zee, 21, Hillman; and Karen J. Hagen, 65, Little Falls, and her passenger, Mary L. Nelson, 73, Little Falls.

Van Zee and Hagen were discharged and Henry and Nelson were transferred to the St. Cloud Hospital.

Henry was driving a Chevrolet Lumina westbound on Highway 27 and Hagen was driving a Jeep Cherokee eastbound on 27. It was reported that the Lumina spun out, crossed the center line and struck the Jeep head-on.

The state patrol detected alcohol in Henry’s and Van Zee’s system.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
