Firefighters respond to vehicle fire and gas leak

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire at 5:37 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Maple Street. Firefighters extinguished the fire and cleared the scene at 6:05 a.m.

Firefighters also responded to a possible gas leak at 5:40 p.m. on Jessica Lane. Firefighters investigated and found nothing.
