Take a look at (and get) Klicked

One of the favorite features for many people to visit on the Brainerd Dispatch and Pine and Lakes Echo Journal website was Spotted.

We started using Spotted to share (and make available for purchase) more of the great photos our staff and photographers were shooting at events, news scenes and sporting activities with our readers in 2005 when our previous owner, Morris Communications Co. released it for use.

With our sale to Forum Communications Co. this year, we lost the use of Spotted, but we have been hard at work finding and shaping a replacement.

We chose the company that had been doing our photo reprints business inside of Spotted — MyCapture.

The MyCapture platform lets us keep using the reliable and reputable MyCapture photo reprints service — and share our photo galleries with you, our readers.

We’re still tweaking the site’s behavior, categories and graphics, but it’s time to let our new photo sharing web sites out — Klick Brainerd Dispatch and Klick Pine and Lakes.

You’ll find links in our navigation bars but direct links to the two sites follow:

Take a look (or 12) and let us know what you think. Look for our photographers at coming area events and “Get Klicked!”
