Fosston man killed in accident at Bagley wood manufacturing plant

BAGLEY - A veteran employee of a Bagley wood manufacturing plant was killed early Tuesday when he was caught in the pulley of a large industrial-size door as it was opened.

Police Chief Larry Peterson said an official of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration was expected to be on the scene Tuesday to investigate.

The accident victim, a 41-year-old man from Fosston, “was a longtime employee” of Bagley Hardwood Products, the chief said.
