New pump stations planned for Minnesota pipeline
Minnesota Pipe Line Co. plans to build new pump stations in Minnesota along its newest pipeline, which is part of a system delivering crude oil to Minnesota refineries.
The project will place new stations in the rural areas of Hubbard, Wadena, Morrison, Meeker, McLeod and Scott counties.
The new pump stations will use available capacity to ensure the reliability of the company’s pipeline system, the company said in a news release.
