Six hurt, suspect dead in shooting at Fedex facility in Georgia

KENNESAW, Ga., April 29 (Reuters) - A gunman opened fire at a FedEx Corp facility in suburban Atlanta early on Tuesday, injuring six people before killing himself, apparently with his own weapon, police said.

An active shooter was reported at the ground facility in an airport in Kennesaw, Georgia, about 30 miles northwest of Atlanta, just before 6 a.m. EST, said Cobb County Police spokesman Mike Bowman.
