May 8 (Reuters) - Canadian shoppers have said they are disappointed that prices at Target's Canadian stores are higher than they are in stores in the United States. How does the perception compare to the reality?

Here's a shopping list of identical products found in a Target in Toronto and a Target in suburban Kansas City. (All prices in U.S. dollars, based on Thursday's currency conversion of $1=$1.09 Canadian, and do not include sales tax.)
