Author of ‘A Crooked Number’ to appear Monday

The Brainerd Public Library kicks off the Brown Bag Lunch Summer Author Series for 2014 with Nathan Jorgenson and his latest book, “A Crooked Number.”

The event will be from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the library.

Jorgenson is an award-winning author of three novels. “A Crooked Number” is a prequel to his popular first novel, “Waiting for White Horses,” and is the story of a young man’s path from youth to adulthood. The author is a graduate of the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry and has his dental practice in a small Minnesota town.

The Brown Bag Authors’ series is sponsored by the Friends of the Brainerd Public Library. Participants are welcome to bring a bag lunch. All are welcome and this event is free.
