United States Pageant titles crowned at BHS South Campus
The Queen of the Lakes, Little Miss and Pre Teens United States Pageants, along with the Little Mister Brainerd Pageant, occurred over the weekend at the Brainerd High School South Campus.
Mariah Fitch, 18, daughter of Michael Fitch and Tina Brainard of Brainerd, was crowned Miss Teen Queen of the Lakes. Emily Miller, 15, daughter of David and Nancy Miller of Isle, was crowned Miss Jr. Teen Queen of the Lakes. Fitch also won the interview and swimsuit awards in the pageant and Miller was voted on by all the contestants for the Miss Congeniality Award.
The Little Miss and Pre Teen Brainerd United States Pageant results are: Toddler Miss Brainerd, McKenna Olson, 2, daughter of Carmen Olson; Mini Miss Brainerd, Blossom Ellstrom-Stevens, 4, daughter of Mel Ellstrom and Rob Stevens; Petite Miss Brainerd, Raeli Anna Battle, 6, daughter of Jessica Noonkesser; Little Miss Brainerd, Kennedy Christenson, 8, daughter of Trent Christenson and Bethany Christenson; Miss Pre Teen Brainerd, LaMonica Holden, 10, daughter of Tytiana Williams. Kennedy also won the Denim and Diamonds Runway Show.
The Little Mister Brainerd Pageant results are are: Baby Mister Brainerd, Simon Hogate Jr., 11 months, son of Simon and Azure Hogate; Toddler Mister Brainerd, Jackson Olson, 18 months, son of Tiffany Tougas and Thomas Olson; Mini Mister Brainerd, Isaac Martin, 4, son Randy and Kerri Martin; and Little Mister Brainerd, Ethan Johnson, 9, son of Joe and Trina Johnson. Ethan also was the winner of the Denim and Diamonds Runway Show.
All of the winners of the Queen of the Lakes and Little Miss and Pre Teen Brainerd Pageants will go on to compete in the 2018 Minnesota United States Pageants scheduled March 15-18 at Tornstrom Auditorium.
