ARRESTS—A 23-year-old man was arrested at 4:12 p.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and domestic assault following a report of threats on the 1000 block of Southeast 15th Street.
A 24-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man were arrested Sunday following a report of a physical domestic on the 300 block of South Sixth Street. The man was arrested for domestic assault and disorderly conduct and the woman was arrested for fleeing a peace officer on foot and indecent exposure.
A 40-year-old man was arrested at 6:34 p.m Friday for trespassing following a report of an unknown man walking into a house on the 1300 block of Pine Street.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 6:08 a.m. Nov. 1 for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, obstructing the legal process, failure to update driver's license and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a report of a suspicious vehicle on 11th Street Southeast.
Report at 3:57 p.m. Friday of a juvenile male out of control at PORT Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St. A 12-year-old male was arrested and cited for property damage, obstructing the legal process and for setting off a manual fire alarm.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 10:43 p.m. Sunday of people in a house on Kingwood Street that is supposed to be vacant.
Report at 1:02 a.m. Sunday of two intoxicated people arguing on Norwood and Ninth streets. Situation was mediated and both were sent on their way.
Report at 11:55 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1900 block of Thiesse Drive. Police filed a complaint with the Crow Wing County Attorney's Office for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A 17-year-old boy was cited for a provisional license violation and curfew warning and release to his parents. A 16-year-old girl was issued a warning for curfew.
Report at 8:57 p.m. Thursday of a female on a bike who was either stuck or passed out on Jackson and Fourth streets. Officers were unable to locate.
Report at 5:48 p.m. Nov. 1 of a male acting strange on the 700 block of Brian Lane. Officer spoke with a person who stated they did not observe anyone suspicious.
Report Nov. 1 of an unknown person who may have entered a residence on the 1400 block of 12th Avenue Northeast on Oct. 30.
Report Oct. 31 of people acting suspicious near two vehicles on the 500 block of North Third Street. Vehicles were gone before officers arrived.
DOMESTIC—Report at 1:33 a.m. Sunday of a mutual disturbance on South Ninth Street. Officers arrived and mediated the situation. A male agreed to leave for the night and female was informed on how to acquire an order for protection.
Report at 2:30 a.m. Friday of complainant requesting police to file charges with the county attorney's office for false imprisonment and domestic assault against a person.
NOISE—Report at 10:39 p.m. Saturday of a noise complaint at the Northern Pacific Center, 1511 Northern Pacific Road. Officer learned the noise was coming from a wedding reception. Officers advised the people of the noise complaint and the music was lowered.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 9:17 p.m. Saturday of a mutual disturbance on the 700 block of G Street. Officers mediated the situation and provided a ride to a person who agreed to leave.
Report at 8:57 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 300 block of J Street. Police filed a complaint with the Crow Wing County Attorney's Office against a person for making terroristic threats.
Report at 3:51 p.m. Wednesday of a disturbance on the 1500 block of Quince Street. The people involved were sent on their way.
Report at 2:10 a.m. Nov. 1 of an intoxicated woman causing a disturbance on the 700 block of West College Drive. Officers met with person and determined it was a verbal dispute only.
Report Oct. 31 of a verbal argument on South Eighth and Oak streets. People involved left before police arrived. Officers advised a male on scene.
Report Oct. 31 of a possible domestic assault on the 900 block of Oak Street. People involved left before police arrived. The assault turned out to be a verbal dispute.
ASSAULTS—Report at 9:58 a.m. Friday of the complainant stating he was assaulted by three males Thursday on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Male just wanted it on file.
Report at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday of a physical fight on the 900 block of 12th Avenue Northeast. People involved separated before police arrived.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 6:24 p.m. Sunday of a man yelling at his kids in a vehicle at Target, 14546 Dellwood Drive.
Report at 10:44 a.m. Thursday of a disturbance at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive, in the cafeteria.
Report at 9:49 a.m. Thursday of a disturbance at Forestview. A juvenile male was cited for disorderly conduct.
CRASH—Report at 11:52 a.m. Sunday of a personal injury crash on Highway 371 and Woida Road. North Memorial Ambulance responded and evaluated both parties on scene. All injuries were minor. Passengers with injuries declined transport and one went to the hospital on their own.
THEFT—Report Friday of a theft by swindle at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road. A subject was trespassed from the store.
ASSAULT—Report at 9 a.m. Friday of an assault at Forestview.
ARRESTS—A 26-year-old man was arrested at 4:17 a.m. Friday for trespassing at Walmart.

Report at 6:37 p.m. Saturday of a domestic on the 10000 block of Crow Wing Heights Drive, Brainerd.
Report at 12:58 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 14000 block of Wonderland Park Road, Brainerd. Parties agreed to separate.
Report at 4:01 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on Highway 25 and Crow Wing County Road 144, Brainerd. Parties agreed to separate.
