DISTURBANCES—Report at 2:32 a.m. Monday of a 911 hangup on the 2300 block of Hillcrest Drive. Officers determined there was a verbal disturbance and the caller did not wish to pursue charges. A male was told to not come back.
Report at 3:27 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious male acting strange near the 1200 block of Oak Street. Officers met with the male.
Report at 7:22 a.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance on the 800 block of 28th Street Southeast. People agreed to separate and female left.
Report at 12:44 a.m. Friday of a disturbance at Sheps, 315 S. Sixth St.
Report at 10:38 a.m. Nov. 29 of a male student causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the Lincoln Education Center, 400 Quince St.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 11:03 p.m. Sunday of a male sleeping in the parking lot at the Salvation Army Family Store and Donation Center, 609 Norwood St. Male stated he had permission to be there.
Report at 9:51 p.m. Sunday of suspicious activity involving two vehicles playing loud music on the 1300 block of South Sixth Street. One vehicle left before police arrived.
Report at 10:31 p.m. Saturday of two people in a vehicle at Kiwanis Park, 1101 E. River Road, when closed. People were advised of park hours.
Report at 7:33 p.m. Saturday of someone who threw rocks at a window on the 15000 block of Riverside Drive. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
Report at 12:18 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious male standing near an ATM on the 200 block of Northwest Sixth Street. Officers spoke with male who was waiting in line to use the ATM.
Report at 10 a.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1900 block of Woodcrest Road. A male was cited for furnishing tobacco to a minor and for possessing marijuana and a 14-year-old male was cited for possessing tobacco and marijuana.
Report at 3:21 p.m. Nov. 27 of a male trying to enter a residence on the 1000 block of 13th Avenue Northeast.
ARRESTS—A 51-year-old man was arrested 8:53 p.m. Sunday on a felony probation violation following a report of an intoxicated person on the 600 block of Laurel Street.
A 30-year-old man was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Sunday for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on First Avenue Northeast and Washington Street.
A 26-year-old man was arrested at 7:21 p.m. Friday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 700 block of South Ninth Street.
A 40-year-old woman was arrested at 4:26 p.m. Nov. 29 for second-degree DWI on the 1700 block of Mill Avenue.
THEFT—Report Sunday of a theft of a lawn ornament on the 800 block of Beech Street.
