SUSPICIOUS—Report at 9 a.m. June 5 of a male and female staying in the pavilion for the past night or two at Oscar Kristofferson Park, 5672 Baxter Lions Road. Officer made contact with the male who stated he was not homeless. He was advised of park hours and he left.
At 10:16 p.m. Monday, officers observed two vehicles at the gated trail entrance on Mapleton Road and Ironwood Drive. Both drivers were issued citations for driving after suspension.
Report at 10:08 p.m. Monday of a male outside Taco Bell, 14175 Edgewood Drive, swearing. Officers checked the area as the business was closed, but were unable to locate anyone.
Report at 8:16 p.m. Monday of a male and female sitting on a blanket on the lawn on the 7300 block of Clearwater Road. Caller did not believe they were residents, but the female was.
Report at 12:49 a.m. Monday of someone who knocked on the door and fled on the 13000 block of Memorywood Drive. Officers checked the area, but did not locate anyone.
Report at 12:37 a.m. Monday of someone possibly on a caller's front porch on the 13000 of Memorywood Drive. Officers checked the area, but did not locate anyone.
Report at 8:56 a.m. Friday of a vehicle on the 13000 block of Bluestem Court. Officer located the people conducting business for a company.
Report at 1:25 p.m. Friday of a male on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive asking if there were any younger females who wanted to work from home. Officers checked the area, but could not locate anyone.
Report at 3:31 a.m. Friday of a vehicle stopping at mailboxes on Edgewood Drive and Kirkwood Lane. Officers located vehicle and recognized the driver as a paper delivery person.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 2:17 a.m. Sunday of staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brainerd-Baxter, 15739 Audubon Way, wanting officers to stand by as they removed a guest. Upon arrival, the staff determined removal was not required and they advised the guests of their expectations.
Report at 10:09 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 7900 block of Greenwood Road, involving two intoxicated people. A female left with her sister.
ARRESTS—A 25-year-old man was arrested at 12:51 a.m. Sunday for second-degree driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash at Buffalo Wild Wings, 14643 Edgewood Drive.
A 59-year-old woman was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated with a controlled substance, test refusal and driving after revocation during a traffic stop on Highway 210 and Elder Drive.
A 68-year-old man was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Saturday for DWI following a driving complaint of a vehicle striking a road sign and continuing south on Highway 371.
A 20-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were arrested at 6:48 p.m. Saturday for drug possession during at traffic stop on Edgewood Drive and Kirkwood Lane.
A 58-year-old man was arrested at 12:17 a.m. Friday on a probation violation following a report of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance on the 6300 block of Calcutta Road.

ARRESTS—A 27-year-old man was arrested at 3:46 p.m. Sunday for DWI following a property damage crash on the 11000 block of Crow Wing County Road 118, Nisswa.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at 5:13 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at Brainerd International Raceway, 5523 Birchdale Road, Brainerd.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 1:44 a.m. Sunday of a fight at BIR. Citations were issued.
Report at 5:36 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 10000 block of Wilderness Point Road, Garrison. People involved agreed to separate.
Report at 3:05 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 800 block of Mattson Avenue, Ironton. Deputies learned there was a loud argument over the phone.
Report at 2:17 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance at BIR. It was a verbal argument, which was resolved.
Report at 12:44 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance where a person failed to pay an entry fee into BIR.
Report at 8:55 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on the 35000 block of Pine Terrace Road, Crosslake, where the caller wanted a person to be removed.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 12:13 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle on Quest Road, Hillman. The call was unfounded.
THEFT—Report Sunday of a theft of gasoline on the 4000 block of Highway 6, Emily.
Report Friday of a theft of gasoline at Y Store, 22551 County Highway 3, Merrifield.

DISTURBANCE—Report at 11:44 p.m. Saturday of a vehicle attempting to run over people on Olson Street.
ARREST—A 26-year-old man was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Saturday for second-degree DWI, open container and marijuana in a vehicle during a traffic stop on Crow Wing County Highway 11 and Pederson Road.
FIRE—Report at 2:09 p.m. Friday of a boat fire on Pelican Lake Jones Bay, Breezy Point.
