SUSPICIOUS—Report at 8:38 p.m. Tuesday of caller hiring a person to remove trees on the 14000 block of Lynndale Lane and he was sleeping in his truck. She wanted officer to advise him to work normal hours and to leave when done.
Report at 6:31 a.m. Tuesday of a male following a caller since she was at the YMCA in Brainerd on bicycle. The male had no shirt on, khaki-colored pants and was on a black bike. Officers arrived in area and found a male riding a bike at In-Fisherman. Officer made contact with him on his behavior and told him it was creeping people out.
DISTURBANCE—Report at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday of a large group of teens swimming off the fishing pier and swearing in the pavilion at Whipple Beach, 14441 Oakwood Drive.
ASSIST—Assisted Brainerd police at 11:49 p.m. Monday with a male who shot himself in the head with a BB gun on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street, Brainerd.

DISTURBANCES—Report at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday of a verbal domestic dispute on the 10000 block of Crow Wing County Highway 10, Brainerd.
Report at 6:19 p.m. Monday of a domestic dispute on the 6000 block of Estate Circle Drive, Brainerd. Person left the residence.
BURGLARY—Report Tuesday of a burglary of a storage unit on the 10000 block of Tamarack Lake Road, Brainerd.
ARRESTS—An 82-year-old man was arrested at 12:33 p.m. Tuesday for driving while intoxicated and obstructing the legal process during a traffic stop on Washington Street, Brainerd.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at 12:24 p.m. Monday for assault and related charges following a domestic on the 14000 block of Highway 210, Brainerd.
THEFT—Report Monday of a theft of an Xbox on the 5000 block of County Road 138, Garrison.
Report Monday of a theft of a wallet on the 22000 block of County Highway 3, Merrifield.
