Little Falls police:  SUSPICIOUS—Report at 4:41 p.m. Feb. 24 of a male dancing without a shirt on in the park on Broadway East. Officers made contact and male stated he was working out. He was advised to put his shirt back on because of the cold temperatures so the police department would not continue to get calls on him. He agreed.
