PARKING COMPLAINT - At 8 p.m. Wednesday officers received a report of a vehicle on the railroad tracks at Fourth Avenue Northeast and K Street. The vehicle was towed. An officer contacted the registered owner, who said he'd sold the vehicle three days ago.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a crash at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West College Drive.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 1:56 p.m. Wednesday at Southeast 13th and Washington streets.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 1:01 p.m. Wednesday at South Seventh and Laurel streets.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday at West College Drive and East River Road.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at noon Wednesday on the 500 block of West College Drive.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle rollover at 9:03 p.m. Wednesday at Crow Wing County Road 1 and Ramsey Road.

THEFT - A gas drive-off was reported Wednesday at SuperAmerica, 9329 Highway 169 in Garrison.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - John Thelen, Thelen Heating and Roofing, 1717 S.E. 13th St., Wednesday reported back fencing cut.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a crash at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of First Avenue Southeast.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday at 11th Street Northeast and Highway 27.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash at 3:44 p.m. Sunday on the 10000 block of Haven Road.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 10:41 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of 14th Street Southeast.

THEFT - Barbara Bright, 1000 block of First Avenue Northeast, Tuesday reported her credit card used to purchase items without her permission.

ARREST - At 2:16 p.m. Monday officers were dispatched to the SuperAmerica convenience store, 100 Lindbergh Dr. S., for an unwanted man causing problems with employees and customers. Upon officers' arrival the man was located on Third Street Southwest yelling at a semi-truck driver parked on the street. Based on the man's actions and behaviors the decision was made to transport him to the emergency room for an evaluation. The man, 53, later became combative, assaulting an officer and he was arrest for fourth-degree assault.

AGENCY ASSIST - At 1:41 a.m. Monday officers assisted the Morrison County Sheriff's Department with a burglary at the Flensburg Municipal Liquor Store, 35 Main St.
