POLICE BLOTTER - Feb. 1
ARRESTS - Arrested a 31-year-old man for felony probation violation at 2:11 a.m. Monday after a woman on the 1000 block of Oak Street wanted him removed from her residence for causing a disturbance.
At 10:29 p.m. Sunday officers were dispatched to a report of three people entering a residence on the 800 block of Quince Street that was supposed to be unoccupied. Officers arrested a 20-year-old woman for trespassing and underage consumption of alcohol, a 23-year-old woman for trespassing and a 21-year-old man for trespassing, disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and felony probation violation.
At 1:38 a.m. Sunday an officer observed several men urinating in public on the 200 block of South Seventh Street. Through the investigation it was determined a 23-year-old man had been in control of a vehicle and he was arrested for DWI and third-degree refusal to test.
Arrested a 29-year-old man for felony violation of a domestic abuse-no contact order at 11:10 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of 15th Avenue Northeast.
A traffic stop at 5:41 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of Quince Street led to the arrest of a 23-year-old man for felony probation violation. The man also was cited for driving after license suspension. The Baxter Police K-9 unit assisted at the scene.
At 4:44 p.m. Saturday on the 500 block of South 10th Street officers arrested a 51-year-old man for harassing communication, repeated calls, after he called Crow Wing County Sheriff's emergency dispatchers several times.
At 12:39 a.m. Friday officers were in a pursuit with a snowmobile that ended on the 1000 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast with the arrest of a 30-year-old man for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, speeding and stop sign violation. Baxter police assisted.
THEFT - Kerrie Harms, 1000 block of Willow Street, Sunday reported the theft of her license plates.
Money was reported stolen Saturday at a residence on the 1000 block of First Avenue Northeast.
CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 2:46 p.m. Friday at Southeast 19th and Norwood streets.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a crash at 8:09 p.m. Monday at Inglewood Drive and Fairview Road.
No injuries were reported after a snowmobile collided with a vehicle at 12:27 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Highland Scenic Road.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:29 p.m. Friday at Clearwater Road and Highway 371.
ARRESTS - At 1:34 a.m. Saturday the K-9 unit assisted Brainerd police with a narcotics search and arrest of an 18-year-old man at Northeast Washington Street and First Avenue Northeast.
At 11:36 p.m. Friday during a traffic stop at Clearwater Road and Edgewood Drive officers arrested a 26-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
THEFT - Zach Zeigler on Monday reported his vehicle stolen from Second Avenue Northeast. The vehicle was found in Wadena County and the driver arrested.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON _ At 3:30 a.m. Sunday an officer made contact with a man walking on Fourth Street Northeast who said he was looking for a place to eat and wondered if Burger King was open yet. The man, who has an extensive criminal history that includes convictions for burglary, was identified and let go.
BURGLARIES - An officer on patrol at 8:44 p.m. Saturday discovered Family Hair Care Salon, 323 Second Ave. N.E., had been broken into. A small amount of money was stolen.
It was reported Saturday that Auto Value on Second Avenue Northeast had been broken into and cash was stolen.
It was reported Friday that Stomping Grounds coffee shop on Fourth Street Northeast, had been broken into and cash stolen from the register.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - William Skeesick on Thursday reported damage done to his rental property on the 300 block of Eighth Street Northeast.
CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday at Sixth Street Northeast and Third Avenue.

CRASHES - Assisted the Crosslake Police Department with a crash that did not result in injuries at 1:52 p.m. Sunday at Crow Wing County Road 16 and West Shore Drive.
No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle rollover at 1:23 p.m. Saturday at Crow Wing County Road 11 and Fools Lake Road.
BURGLARY - Julie Schmitt, 20000 block of Crow Wing County Road 3, Friday reported a burglary.
THEFTS - A $20.44 gas drive-off was reported Friday at SuperAmerica, 9329 Highway 169 in Garrison.
Shannon Ramsdell, 9000 block of Dorothy Trail, Friday reported the theft of a snowmobile trailer.
