PROPERTY DAMAGE — Received a report Tuesday of a vehicle with a window broken out at Kohls, 7565 Excelsior Road.
ARRESTS — At 12:14 a.m. Wednesday officers responded to a noise complaint involving underage drinking at an apartment on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Officers made contact with multiple subjects and issued citations for minor in consumption of alcohol to five people. A 30-year-old man was arrested for gross misdemeanor furnishing liquor to someone under 21.
At 2:48 p.m. Tuesday officers received a report of a juvenile male student possibly under the influence of a controlled substance at the Area Education Center, 311 10th Ave. N.E. Officers arrested a 16-year-old male for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
CRASH — No injuries were reported in a single-vehicle rollover reported at 9:16 p.m. Tuesday at Wise and Beaver Dam roads. The occupants of the vehicle fled prior to officers’ arrival.
THEFTS — Brittany Stansbury, 700 block of South Fifth Street, Tuesday reported a theft.
Eric Geissler, 500 block of Norwood Street, Tuesday reported a theft from his vehicle.

CRASHES — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle, hit-and-run collision at 6:22 p.m. Tuesday on Crow Wing County Road 3 near Wise Road. The collision happened after one vehicle cut off another. The occupants of one vehicle fled the scene and were later arrested with the assistance of a Baxter Police K-9 officer. A 30-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor reckless driving, misdemeanor driving after license revocation and misdemeanor traffic accident penalties. A 35-year-old woman was arrested for misdemeanor obstructing the legal process.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 7:41 a.m. Tuesday on Hartley Lake Road.
THEFT — Jeremy Englund, 20000 block of Crow Wing County Road 10, Tuesday reported the theft of a John boat.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — At 12:38 a.m. Wednesday a woman on the 30000 block of Quest Road in Pierz reported she thought someone was outside with a flashlight. While a deputy was en route the woman called back and stated it was a door swinging in the wind causing the motion light to go off.
BURGLARIES — Gerald Litke, 10000 block of Airport Road, Tuesday reported someone broken into his garage and an unoccupied residence on his property.
A burglary was reported Tuesday at a building on the 7000 block of Apollo Road in Burtrum.
FIRE — At 10:19 a.m. Tuesday a deputy assisted the Little Falls Fire Department with a fire on a power pole on Highway 27 in Little Falls. The Little Falls Police Department also assisted.

BURGLARY — Danielle Wachtel, 400 block of Second Street Southeast, Tuesday reported a break-in.
CRASH — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday at First Street Southeast and Broadway East.
THEFTS — Debra Schroeder, 1000 block of Seventh Street Northeast, Tuesday reported a theft.
It was reported Monday that gas was stolen from several vehicles at Eagle Construction, 515 Ninth Ave. N.W.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Billie Jo Mistelske, 10000 block of Pine Avenue, March 17 reported damage to a window at an abandoned property.
