Natalie Ledoux, 10000 block of Crow Wing County Road 24, Tuesday reported someone broke out her car window.
THEFT — Gregory Sinda, 10000 block of Silver Lake Road, Tuesday reported the theft of a canoe.

THEFTS — Michael Corbett, 700 block of Buck Lane, Wednesday reported his bicycle stolen.
A theft was reported Tuesday on the 10000 block of Haven Road.
CRASH — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday on First Street Southeast.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Margaret Schuett, 10000 block of Haven Road, Tuesday reported her mailbox damaged.
FIRE — At 6:17 p.m. Tuesday Stearns Electric reported their Pine Lake substation at 20th Avenue and 40th Street near Upsala was on fire. The Upsala Fire Department responded.
THEFTS — Richard Waagen, 9000 block of 240th Street, Tuesday reported a motorcycle stolen.
Norman Ness, 10000 block of 183rd Street, Tuesday reported a theft.
Michael Doble, 10000 block of Haven Road, Tuesday reported a theft.
It was reported Monday that four orange cones marked “City of Flensburg” were stolen from 15 Pine Street in Flensburg.
BURGLARY — Roy Kremers, 5000 block of 45th Avenue, Monday reported a burglary and theft of a safe.
CRASH — No injuries were reported in a crash at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday at Excelsior Road and Highway 371.
THEFTS — A gas drive-off was reported Tuesday at SuperAmerica, 14398 Dellwood Dr.
A theft was reported Tuesday at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Dr.
ARRESTS — At 12:27 a.m. Wednesday officers were dispatched to a fight at a residence on the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. A 21-year-old woman was arrested for gross misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to minors, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor obstruction of the legal process; and a 19-year-old man for minor in consumption of alcohol and felony probation violation. The 19-year-old man was placed in detox on a police hold per Crow Wing County Adult Probation. Three people also were cited for minor in consumption of alcohol. At 1:31 a.m. police returned to the residence for a report of people again fighting. Officers arrested a 19-year-old man for misdemeanor disorderly conduct; a 20-year-old man for underage consumption and misdemeanor disorderly conduct; and a 24-year-old man for felony probation violation.
At 11:26 p.m. Tuesday officers arrested a 20-year-old man on South Sixth Street for felony probation violation warrant for second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Officers also cited a juvenile for curfew violation.
THEFT — John Tanner on Tuesday reported a theft on the 600 block of West Washington Street.
CRASHES — No injuries were reported after a tow truck took out a power line in the alley off the 300 block of Washington Street.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 9:52 a.m. Tuesday at West College Drive and Highland Scenic Road.
