ARREST — At 11:30 a.m. Tuesday a 42-year-old man was arrested for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation-inimical to public safety during a traffic stop for license plates impounded for alcohol at Crow Wing County Road 45 and 70th Street.
TRAFFIC COMPLAINT — At 8:39 p.m. Tuesday a 911 caller stated a man was trying to drive while intoxicated and with an open bottle in a vehicle near a bar on the 100 block of Highway 10 in Motley. A short while later, the suspect called and reported the 911 caller made terroristic threats about him driving his vehicle. A deputy learned the suspect had been at a building near the bar cleaning up outside and moving things inside. The 911 caller stopped by to help and when finished demanded $15. When the suspect wouldn’t pay, the 911 caller said he would turn him in for DWI. The suspect wasn’t driving and was being picked up by his wife. The call was determined to be unfounded.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — At 8:35 p.m. Tuesday deputies responded to a report of men outside a building on the 20000 block of Highway 10 wearing ski masks. Deputies were unable to locate the men.
THEFTS — Cecelia Schneider, 10000 block of 183rd Street, Tuesday reported a theft.
A $48.92 gas drive-off was reported Tuesday from Bowlus Gas and Grocery.
Little Falls police
THEFTS — The theft of $700 was reported Tuesday from an apartment on the 100 block of Broadway Avenue East.
Michael Schnider, 300 block of Eighth Avenue Southeast, Tuesday reported his vehicle broken into and a cellphone stolen.
Michael Coffman, 300 block of Eighth Street Northeast, Tuesday reported his vehicle broken into and a GPS and change stolen.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Elizabeth Koblishka, 800 block of Sixth Street Southeast, Tuesday reported her vehicle damaged.
A mailbox was reported damaged Monday at Little Falls Radio, 16450 Haven Road.
BURGLARIES— It was reported Tuesday that a garage on the 700 block of First Avenue Northeast was broken into and a chainsaw stolen.
Kurtis Kneeland, 800 block of Sixth Street Southeast, Tuesday reported his garage broken into.
Michael Tykwinksi on Monday reported a burglary on the 60 block of East Broadway Avenue. A 38-year-old man was arrested.
FIRE — A car fire was reported at 7:49 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Eighth Street Northwest. The Little Falls Fire Department responded.
CRASH — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 10:19 a.m. Sunday at 12th Street and Sixth Avenue Northeast.
ARRESTS — Responded to a complaint of an assault at 4:34 a.m. April 14 on the 500 block of Third Street Northeast and arrested a 43-year-old man.
At 12:27 a.m. April 14 officers responded to the 500 block of Third Street Northeast for a report of a subject that called 911 and screamed at the dispatcher. A 45-year-old man was arrested.
ASSAULT — At 3:16 p.m. Tuesday officers responded to the 1000 block of State Avenue, building 22, for a report of an assault between two juvenile females. A 15-year-old female was arrested for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Joseph Thesing on Tuesday reported his vehicle damaged somewhere in Brainerd.
Curtis Stout on Tuesday reported his vehicle damaged in the lower lot at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.
ARREST — Arrested a 37-year-old man at a residence on the 1000 block of Southeast 11th Street for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct and possessing child pornography.
