PROPERTY DAMAGE — Robert Milloch, 10000 block of Inglewood Drive, on Monday reported damage to his property.
CRASHES — No injuries were reported in a crash at 11:48 a.m. on Monday at Novotny Road and Highway 371.
No injuries were reported in a crash at 3:20 p.m. Friday at Baxter Drive and Highway 210.
ARREST — At 2:47 a.m. Monday officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at Inglewood Drive and Clearwater Road. Officers arrested a 24-year-old man for felony first-degree burglary, felony theft of a controlled substance, felony theft, felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor tampering with a motor vehicle.
THEFTS — Joseph Eberly, 500 block of H Street, Monday reported the theft of items from his vehicle.
Brian Laborde, 300 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast, on Monday reported the theft of a four-wheeler.
A $22.85 gas drive-off was reported Monday at SuperAmerica, 321 Washington St.
Shonna Baldwin, 1000 block of South Eighth Street, on Sunday reported the theft of lawn furniture and a gas grill. A 35-year-old woman was cited for theft.
Wade Lund on Sunday reported his bike stolen while at Walgreens, 340 W. Washington St.
A $35.96 gas drive-off was reported Saturday from SuperAmerica, 421 N.E. Washington St.
Brian Driver, 1000 block of Rosewood Street, Friday reported the theft of a lawn mower.
Inga Wicklund on Friday reported the theft of U.S. currency from Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Brian Olson, 800 block of Brook Street, on Monday reported a rock thrown through his window.
Zachary Klein, 900 block of South Eighth Street, on Saturday reported damage to his vehicle.
NOISE COMPLAINT — At 1:02 p.m. on Sunday officers received a report of a verbal domestic disturbance at a residence on the 1000 block of Southeast 11th Street. An officer made contact with three siblings, who admitted to yelling at the television while watching a NASCAR race. There was no argument.
ASSAULT — At 6:37 a.m. Sunday officers responded to a report of an assault on the 1000 block of Mill Avenue. The suspect fled on foot.
ARRESTS — A 26-year-old man was arrested for felony probation violation at 4:18 a.m. Sunday after officers responded to a report he was causing a disturbance at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd. It was the second time officers were called to the hospital because the man was causing a disturbance. The man was initially taken to the hospital after officers, responding to a report of a fight on the 1000 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast, arrived and found him extremely intoxicated.
Arrested a 20-year-old man for felony domestic assault and felony terroristic threats at 2:41 p.m. Friday at an apartment on the 1000 block of South Ninth Street.
Arrested a 35-year-old woman for gross misdemeanor probation violation at 8:39 a.m. Friday at a residence on the 9000 block of Twin St.
UNDERAGE DRINKING — At 9:05 p.m. on Saturday officers were called to the Iron Rail, 707 Laurel St., for a report of possible underage girls trying to gain entry into the bar. A girl, who was signed as a runaway, was issued a citation for minor in consumption of alcohol and returned to her mother.
CRASH — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle, hit-and-run crash at 7:16 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of South Ninth Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — At 5:33 a.m. Sunday deputies received a report of a female driver swerving all over the road and had struck a gas pump at a station on the 20000 block of Highway 18 before leaving to the south.
THEFTS — A $80 gas drive-off was reported Saturday at SuperAmerica, 11027 Crystal Lake Road in Merrifield.
Holly Rah, 10000 block of Highway 210, Saturday reported the theft of pills.
A $60.83 gas drive-off was reported Saturday at SuperAmerica, 9329 Highway 169 in Garrison.
Scott Zelinske, 10000 block of Crystal Lake Road, on Friday reported the theft of a CD player from his vehicle.
Terry Wurtzberger, 10000 block of Crow Wing County Road 25, Friday reported a theft.
A $102.79 gas drive-off was reported Monday from a business on the 20000 block of Front Street in Deerwood.

INVESTIGATION — A woman on the 10000 block of Robin Street on Saturday reported another woman was giving out her phone number to debt collectors.
ASSAULT — At 9:24 a.m. Sunday a man reported his ex-girlfriend and another man broken into his home on the 100 block of Eighth Street Northeast and assaulted him and his female friend. The incident is still under investigation.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Mark Poster, 1000 block of Third Avenue Northeast, Saturday reported someone poured sugar into his gas tank.
BURGLARIES — Susan Bowen, 700 block of Fifth Street Northeast, Saturday reported her residence broken into.
Harold Blonigen, 200 block of Second Street Southwest, on May 25 reported his residence broken into.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — At 10:32 p.m. on Friday officers received a report that an man on the 700 block of Dakota Avenue Southeast would come out of his house, get in his truck, drive around the block and then go back inside his house. It was reported this happened about a dozen times in an hour and-a-half. An officer checked on the man, who said he and his girlfriend were having issues and he needed to get out of the house for a while.
THEFT — A $10 gas drive-off was reported May 23 at SuperAmerica, 1101 Second Ave. N.E.
THEFTS — A gas drive-off was reported May 23 from a business on Third Avenue Southwest.
At 2 a.m. Saturday officers responded to Highway 6 after being called by the State Patrol regarding two kids walking on the highway and a vehicle in the ditch a short distance away. Officers located two juvenile males. After bringing the males to the police department and checking the vehicle in question, it was learned the juveniles had stolen the vehicle. The victim was located and the males parents were notified. Criminal charges are pending.
It was reported Saturday that two bicycles were stolen from a garage on Cross Avenue Northeast.
ARREST — On May 25 an officer initiated a traffic stop on 10th Avenue and Fourth Street and arrested one of the vehicle’s occupants, a 35-year-old woman, on an outstanding warrant, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reports were forwarded to the Crow Wing County Attorney’s office.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — On May 25 officers received a call of possible prowlers with flashlights on Fourth Street Northwest. The suspicious activity was determined to be officers out on a previous traffic stop with a vehicle.
CRASHES — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision Saturday at First Street Northwest and Second Avenue.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle, hit-and-run collision Saturday on Fourth Street in Ironton.
