Several law enforcement agencies responded to a multi vehicle accident late Tues

Baxter police

ARRESTS — Arrested a 49-year-old Anoka man Tuesday after he was found sleeping in the theater at Movies 10, 14145 Baxter Dr. He was arrested on a warrant.

A 26-year-old Brainerd man was arrested Tuesday for fifth-degree assault.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Kerry O’Rourke, Roosevelt, Sunday reported vandalism to her vehicle.

Theodore Rogers, First Assessment, Sunday reported that boat seats were slashed.

ASSIST — Assisted Baxter police with a physical domestic Monday on Lynndale Lane.

Assisted Brainerd police with a fight Monday.

Assisted Baxter police with a fight Saturday.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A property damage was reported Sunday in Pequot Lakes.

Judith Cabrera, Mission, Saturday reported damage to property.

Super America, Garrison, Sunday reported that a vehicle ran into the side of the building.

Deanna Kinder-Imgrund, First Assessment, Saturday reported damage to trees.

Timothy Martin, Fort Ripley, Saturday reported several damaged mailboxes in the area.

Robert Reineck, Emily, Friday reported that his car was damaged by neighbor’s dog.

OTHER — A report of an intoxicated all-terrain vehicle rider Monday in the First Assessment District.

Michael McMillion, Fort Ripley, Sunday reported someone was climbing up the cell tower.

THEFT — Candace Dik, Lake Edward, Monday reported that her medications were stolen from her residence.

Cara Jo Sjodin, Lake Edward., Saturday reported a theft from a vehicle.

Jean Woelffer, First Assessment, Saturday reported theft from vehicles.

BURGLARY — Christin Gigstad, Long Lake, Saturday reported a burglary that happened a couple weeks ago.

Kathleen Urban, Lake Edward, Friday reported that someone broke into the house and watched TV and took a shower sometime between Memorial Day and now.

Robb Jones, Crosslake, Friday reported a cabin burglary.

ARRESTS — Arrested a 48-year-old man Monday on a county warrant.

Arrested a 64-year-old man in Emily Saturday after receiving a report of a hazard in the road.

FIGHT — A fight was reported Friday in Emily.

DRIVING — A report Saturday of 10 vehicles racing in Irondale.

A report Saturday of ATVs tearing up the roadway on Five Mile Road and Thompson Road.

ANIMAL — Essentia Health System St. Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St., Friday reported a dog bite that occurred in Lake Edward.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Sara Sherman, 1300 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast, Monday reported that her property was vandalized.

Tasha Hietala, 700 block of Southwest Fifth Street, Monday reported that a window was cracked at her Housing Redevelopment Authority home.

DISTURBANCE — A disturbance was reported by Essentia Health System St. Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St., Tuesday of security chasing a female from the hospital.

A report Monday of two males fighting on the 700 block of H Street Northeast.

A report Monday of two 10-year-old boys who had beat up younger children on Graydon Avenue.

ARRESTS — A 21-year-old Brainerd woman was arrested Tuesday for active U.S. Army warrant for desertion.

A 25-year-old Brainerd man was arrested Monday for second-degree assault.

BURGLARY — Dale Lindholm, 700 block of South Seventh Street, Tuesday reported a burglary.

OTHER —A report Tuesday of subjects on the roof of Barely Used and New, 715 1/2 Laurel St.

THEFT — Amy Muske, 500 block of G Street Northeast, Monday reported her front license plate stolen.

A report Monday of a bike stolen at the 600 block of Eighth Avenue.

Brainerd Hydraulics, 1024 Washington Street, Monday reported that scrap metal was taken from the building.

A theft was reported Monday at the 500 block of Southeast 12th Street.

THEFT — A report June 6 of a bicycle stolen after parked on the side of a business on Third Avenue Southwest.

A theft was reported Friday on West Main Street.

A report Friday of a stolen bicycle from a residence on First Street Northwest.

A report Friday of a stolen bicycle in the area of Curtis Avenue and Second Street, Ironton.

ASSAULT — A report June 6 of an assault that occurred to a juvenile male at the Crosby City Park. After officer spoke to several people, determined that no assault occurred.

OTHER — A report June 6 that some kids were on the roof of a building on Fourth Street Southwest retrieving a ball. When the kids got off the roof they were “sternly advised to remain on the ground.”

DISTURBANCE — At 1:20 a.m. June 7, an officer was traveling on West Main Street and observed a male lying in the road. Officer made contact with the male who stated, “I was in the road because I just wanted to see if I could make you come over to me.”  Officer noted he was intoxicated. “No kidding.” Officer advised him to stay out of the road and the male then walked to a relatives. Officer watched him walk home to make sure he didn’t lie down again.

A disturbance was reported Sunday on West Main Street at a business with a customer.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident June 7 in a parking lot on Third Avenue Northwest.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident Friday on West Main Street and Second Avenue Southwest.

No injuries were reported Saturday of a minor bike and vehicle accident.

No injuries were reported Saturday in a hit and run accident on East Main Street.

ANIMAL — Officers received a report Saturday of a dog bite incident that occurred in the Crosby City Campground.
