Missing Breezy Point man found safe

Brainerd police

THEFT — Alicia Raasch, 700 South Seventh Street, Tuesday, reported a theft. 

Rayshawn Frelix, 200 block of Northwest Fifth Street, Monday reported his bike was stolen from in front of the residence. 

Mickal Nielson, 1500 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast, Monday reported theft of GPS from a truck. 

Holly Breen, Monday, reported stolen checks. 

Joseph Schultz, 600 block of Laurel Street, Monday reported theft of a stereo out of a vehicle. 

DOMESTIC — Received a report of a domestic situation at 12:34 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Park Street. It was unfounded. The officer found the male subject was having a loud argument on the phone. The male was the only one at the residence. 

CRASH — No injuries were reported in a crash at 2:05 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. 

No injuries were reported in a minor two-vehicle crash at 1:14 p.m. Monday at Washington Street and Gillis Avenue. 

Received a report at 1:10 p.m. Monday on  the 600 block of Washington Street Northeast of a male rising his bike into a woman’s car and breaking the mirror. The male agreed to pay for the mirror. 

FRAUD — Received a report of a transaction card fraud Monday from the 1400 block of 13th Avenue. 

SOMETHING BURNING? — Received a call of a possible fire about noon Monday on H Street and Sixth Avenue Northeast. The officers contacted the homeowner who was grilling in his garage. 

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Debra Rosinger, 700 block fo South Seventh Street, Monday, reported damage to lawn ornament. 

SUSPICIOUS PERSON — A suspicious person was reported Monday on the 600 block of F Street. The caller said the suspicious person was looking over his fence. Officers determined the person was a contractor for the city and was mowing the yard. 

THREATS — Received a report Monday from the 700 block of South Fifth Street of two juvenile females sending nasty text messages to each other and having Facebook issues. An officer talked to both parents. 

Baxter police

WELFARE CHECK — Received a call for a welfare check from the 6500 block of Parkview Circle for a worker who didn’t show up for work. The woman was contacted at home Monday morning and said she didn’t wish to work for the company any more. 

THEFT — Kenneth Lacy, 13700 Madeline Drive, Monday, reported a theft. 

SUSPICIOUS — Received a call of a couple involved in certain extracurricular behavior in a vehicle on the side of a building on the 7200 block of Glory Road at 12:08 a.m. Monday. The vehicle was gone when an officer arrived.
