THEFTS — Kristopher Koehler, 300 block of South Seventh Street, Monday reported the theft of bicycles. 

Tamara Mcmillion on Sunday reported the theft of her purse from a vehicle on the 700 block of South Eighth Street.

Received two reports of vehicles broken into and items stolen from vehicles on the 900 block of Q Street. 

Jonathan Crist, 900 block of Q Street, Sunday reported his vehicle stolen. The vehicle was recovered on Ninth Avenue Northeast. 

Matthew Siegel, 1000 block of Mill Avenue, Saturday reported his vehicle broken into and items taken. 

Vince Simenstad, Hy Tech Construction, Saturday reported a saw stolen from the back of his truck. 

ARRESTS — At 4:33 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Grove Street officers arrested a 26-year-old man for felony probation violation, gross misdemeanor order for protection violation and misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana. 

At 7:07 p.m. Saturday officers received a report of a patient that walked out of the emergency room at Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, 523 N. Third St., and was being chased by security. Officers arrested the 43-year-old man for felony violation of conditions of release and gross misdemeanor obstructing justice with force. 

At 6:53 p.m. Friday a woman on Evergreen Street reported a juvenile male stole money from her and then ran away. Officers arrested the 14-year-old male for simple robbery. 

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Gregory Arends at 12:47 a.m. Sunday reported his vehicle was damaged during a fight on the 700 block of Laurel Street. 

Nathan Deibert on Saturday reported his vehicle was damaged while parked at the emergency room at Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, 523 N. Third St. 

CRASHES — No injuries were reported in a crash at 11:38 a.m. Saturday on the 500 block of 10th Avenue Northeast. 

No injuries were reported in the three-vehicle collision at 5:14 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:23 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of North Third Street. 

No injuries were reported in a crash at 2:29 p.m. Friday at Southwest Fourth and Laurel streets.

CRASH — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 3:09 p.m. Sunday at Edgewood Drive and Woida Road. 

PUBLIC ASSIST — Received a report at 1:20 p.m. Sunday that a puppy was stolen from a vehicle parked at Walmart Supercenter, 7295 Glory Road. The puppy was located under the driver’s seat. 

PROPERTY DAMAGE — At 4:28 a.m. Sunday a motorist on the 8000 block of Industrial Park Road reported his vehicle was damaged after he swerved to miss a deer and struck a mailbox. The mailbox was not damaged. 

THEFT — A gas drive-off was reported Saturday at SuperAmerica, 14398 Dellwood Dr.

Barry Bondhus, Garrison, Saturday reported the theft of lumber.

John Taray, 9000 block of Crow Wing County Road 1 on Saturday reported a vehicle struck his mailbox. 

Nicole Puckett, 10000 block of Wise Road, Saturday reported a vehicle struck her mailbox. 

Mark Horak, 10000 block of Three Mile Road, Sunday reported his mailbox was struck by a vehicle.

Mark Moore on Sunday reported mailboxes damaged at Cole Lake Way and River Road. 

Property was reported damaged Sunday at Crow Wing County Roads 16 and 66. 

CRASHES — No injuries were reported in a crash at 2:56 p.m. Friday at Crow Wing County Roads 11 and 3.

No injuries were reported in a crash at 2:21 p.m. Sunday at Highway 371 and Gull Lake Dam Road. 

BURGLARY — Matthew and Jade Berger, 20000 block of Crow Wing County Road 31, Sunday reported a break-in at their residence and damage to a window. 

ARREST — At 12:17 a.m. Sunday deputies responded to a report of a physical domestic disturbance on the 20000 block of Crow Wing County Road 4 in Nisswa. Officers arrested a 25-year-old woman for gross misdemeanor interfering with a 911 emergency call and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

THEFTS — Walter Johnson, 10000 block of 160th Avenue in Little Falls, Sunday reported a theft.

Jarrod Foss on Saturday reported the theft of two tail lights and a tunnel cover from his pickup while it was parked on Main Street in Bowlus. 

A Motley man on Friday reported his wife stole and cashed his Social Security checks in 2004 while he was in prison. The man reported he didn’t learn of the theft until a couple of months ago. 

CRASHES — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 5:59 p.m. Sunday at 113rd Street and 60th Avenue.

No injuries were reported after a vehicle struck a power pole at 6:54 a.m. Saturday on Hillton Road in Little Falls.

FIRES — At 1:12 a.m. Saturday received a report of a power pole on fire on Highway 27 just east of 380th Avenue near Pierz. 

Assisted the Little Falls Police Department and Little Falls Fire Department with a fire at an apartment on the 500 block of Sixth Street Southwest.

Responded to a report of a house fire at 9:44 p.m. Friday on the 20000 block of 400th Avenue in Hillman. 

BURGLARY — Michelle Davis, 7000 block of Butternut Cove in Royalton, Sunday reported a burglary.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — It was reported Friday a large recreational vehicle struck and damaged the Motley Discount Liquor sign, 796 Highway 10.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE CRIME — At 1:12 a.m. Sunday officers located three individuals walking on the 400 block of Second Avenue Northeast who appeared to be impaired by a chemical substance. Police located what appeared to be synthetic marijuana. The incident is under investigation.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT — At 7:45 p.m. Friday officers received a concern for welfare complaint on a horse owned by the Amish that was tied to a tree on the 1000 block of Highway 10. An officer spoke with the owner and advised other arrangements needed to be made for the horse to provide adequate shade and access to water. 

CRASHES — At 11:15 a.m. Friday officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run crash at Seventh Street Southeast and Dakota Avenue Southeast in which a car had run over a stop sign. A short time later, the driver of the car reported her car was run into while parked at Lakewood Health System. The driver was cited for falsely reporting a crime. 

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 8:57 a.m. on Aug. 9 at Second Avenue Northeast and Fourth Street Northeast.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — At 2:07 a.m. Friday an officer on routine patrol observed a man walking in an alley between Fourth Street Northeast and Fifth Street Northeast. When the officer turned his vehicle to speak with the man, the man ran on foot. The officer caught up to the man, and as the man approached the squad car he dropped a wooden box carrying marijuana and paraphernalia. The man was cited for the crimes. 

THEFTS — Martin Raddatz on Thursday reported his wallet stolen while at Ernie’s on Highway 10. 

Bobbi Holmberg, 500 block of Eighth Street Northeast, Aug. 9 reported her son’s bicycle stolen. The bicycle was later recovered.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Chad Kuehne on Thursday reported someone drove through his corn field on 255th Avenue south of Todd County Road 48 in Round Prairie Township. 

Allen Bruder, 10000 block of Todd County Road 10, Sunday reported his mailbox damaged. 

William Lunceford, 20000 block of 165th Avenue in rural Long Prairie, Sunday reported his mailbox damaged. 

THEFT — Mark Smith, 30000 block of Todd County Road 28, Thursday reported the theft of a trail camera.
