Police blotter- Sept. 30
THEFTS — Victoria Ternet, 7000 block of Foley Road, Wednesday reported the theft of a cellphone.
Received a report Wednesday of a young male stealing a box of condoms from Walmart Supercenter, 7295 Glory Road.
INFORMATION — AT 11:40 p.m. Wednesday officers received a call from a woman who said her husband may call law enforcement and report she is missing or kidnapped. She wanted officers to know she is fine and is willingly going to stay with a friend.
THEFTS — Jimilyn Gray, 1000 block of Oak Street, Wednesday reported the theft of a vehicle.
Zachary Gammon, 1000 block of Norwood Street, Wednesday reported the theft of radios from his unlocked truck.
Received reports Wednesday of three thefts from Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.
Susannah Anderson, 1000 block of Norwood Street, Wednesday reported the theft of a small amount of change from her unlocked vehicle.
ARREST — At 10:01 p.m. Wednesday assisted the Baxter Police Department with a theft investigation in which the suspects fled on foot. An officer located one suspect, a 21-year-old man, on Excelsior Road and arrested him for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a police officer and on a felony warrant for first-degree burglary out of Stearns County.
Assisted the Cass County Sheriff’s Department at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday in arresting an 18-year-old man on a felony probation violation warrant at Quince and Southeast 12th Street.
At 4:42 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to a disturbance on the 800 block of South Eighth Street involving a 43-year-old woman police were seeking regarding a probation violation. The woman was arrested for felony probation violation.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Rebecca Broadhead, 1000 block of Pine Street, Wednesday reported graffiti sprayed on her garage.
