Brainerd police

DISTURBANCE — A report at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday of six to eight people arguing at the corner of Laurel and Eighth Streets.

ANIMAL — A report at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday of a large group abusing a dog at the 600 block of Oak Street. Officers did not locate group or dog.

THEFT — Crow Wing Recycling, 714 Industrial Park Rd. S.W., Tuesday reported a theft.

Holiday Station, 424 S. Sixth St., Tuesday reported a $40 gas drive-off.

FRAUD — A fraud was reported at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday at the 600 block of Southwest Fifth Street.

Baxter police

ARRESTS — A 21-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after running out of Anytime Fitness, 7207 Foley Road. When officers found the suspect, the man said he was identified and he ran because he had county warrants.

Crow Wing sheriff

ARREST — At 10:19 p.m. Tuesday arrested a 36-year-old man during a traffic stop at an undisclosed location for felony possession of an illegal weapon. The arrest was part of an investigation by the Lakes Area Drug Investigative Division.

THEFT — A $61.47 gas drive-off was reported Tuesday at SuperAmerica, 9329 Highway 169 in Garrison.

Byron Westphal, 20000 block of Little Road, Tuesday reported his cabin broken into.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Joseph Merrell, 6000 block of Estate Circle Drive, Tuesday reported profanity written on the outside of the trailer.

Janeen DeRosier, 10000 block of Glacier Road, Tuesday reported a broken lock and damage to a door.
