BURGLARY — Leroy Horner of Ferrellgas, 20000 block of Crow Wing County Road 26, Friday reported a burglary.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Received a report of a tree that was toilet papered Saturday on the 20000 block of Pelican Beach Road.

Received a report of vandalism Saturday on the 20000 block of Pelican Beach Road.

Rita Hinchman, 10000 block of Olander Road, Saturday reported damage to her fence.

THEFT — A $40.77 gas drive-off was reported Sunday at Holiday Station, 21004 Crow Wing County Road 1 in Emily.

ARREST — Responded to a domestic assault at 3:54 a.m. Sunday on Wilson School Avenue and arrested a 37-year-old man for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process with force and misdemeanor domestic assault.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Mark Hotzler, 6000 block of Calcutta Road, Sunday reported pumpkins were smashed in his driveway and placed inside and on top of his vehicle. He didn’t know where the pumpkins came from.

An officer on Sunday observed damage to a wooden fence on the 6000 block of Dahlin Road. The fence was taken apart and placed across the drive way.

Gary Oliphant, 6000 block of Dahlin Road, Sunday reported a solar lantern broken and his 911 sign bent.

THEFTS — Wrina Norton, 2000 block of Oak Street, Sunday reported the theft of six rings.

Jason Stawarski, 1000 block of South Ninth Street, Saturday reported items stolen from his vehicle.

It was reported Friday that items were stolen from a trailer at Pike Plumbing and Heating, 803 Brook St.

ARRESTS — At 7:59 p.m. Saturday an officer was contacted by a mom whose child was injured and intoxicated. Officers responded to the 700 block of Laurel Street and arrested a 21-year-old an for gross misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and violating conditions of release on a previous charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile; and a 25-year-old man for gross misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a minor and gross misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Police Sunday located damaged lawn ornaments on the 200 block of Eighth Street Northeast.

Ted Munger, 700 block of Wisconsin Avenue Southwest, Sunday reported his house had been toilet papered and egged.

Marcella Arndt, 800 block of Sixth Street Northeast, Saturday reported damage to her property.

Received a report Friday that numerous pumpkins had been thrown into a yard on the 1000 block of Eighth Street Northeast. The mailbox at the residence also was damaged.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Brian Dukowitz, 100 block of Main Street in Pierz, Sunday reported damage to property.

Received a report Sunday of damage to a residence on the 6000 block of Overlook Road in Randall.

Received a report Sunday of mailboxes damaged on the 5000 block of 280th Street near Cushing.

Richard Kliber, 10000 block of Highway 27, Friday reported the feed light and lights in his chicken barn were tampered with.

THEFT — Sharon Bartkowitz, 7000 block of Delta Road near Little Falls, Sunday reported the theft of $500 worth of oak logs.

ARREST — At 6:57 p.m. Friday arrested a 32-year-old man for DWI and child endangerment on Highway 27 in Little Falls.

BURGLARY — It was reported Friday that the Freedhem Store, 21464 203rd St., had been broken into.
