Brainerd police

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 1:44 p.m. Monday of someone smearing animal feces and whipped cream on her vehicle.

A report at 3:48 p.m. Monday of two juveniles kicking mailboxes at the 1000 block of Chicago Avenue.

THEFT — Super America, 321 Washington St., Tuesday reported a $28.15 gas drive-off.

Ambre Sollid, 800 block South Sixth Street, Monday reported the theft of a vehicle.

PROWLER — A report at 1:09 a.m. Tuesday of a possible prowler at the 1000 block of 28th Street Southeast.

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 4 p.m. Monday at the 14000 block of Baxter Drive of two individuals who crawled in the back cargo area of a Sports Utilities Vehicle.

Crosby police

THEFT — A report Nov. 8 of a residence on Winona Avenue reporting they were cooking chicken on a small charcoal grill in the front yard and upon returning to check the poultry, it was gone, along with the grill.

BURGLARY — A report Saturday of a break-in on Sixth Avenue.

ARREST — A 27-year-old Brainerd man was arrested Sunday for third-degree driving while under influence of controlled substance, fifth-degree possession of methamphetamines, driving after revocation, no vehicle insurance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and probation violation.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report Nov. 8 in Ironton of a window that was broken on a garage door.

A report Nov. 9 of the wooden bridges in Crosby City Park were damaged, as well as littering.

Deer versus vehicle accidents were reported Nov. 7 on County Road 8, south of Deerwood; Nov. 8 on County Road 3; and Thursday on Cemetery Road.

Baxter police

ASSIST — Assisted Cass County with a possible domestic at 4:53 p.m. Monday in Pillager.

THEFT — Emma Crust Monday reported that she put her cellphone into her purse while in Walmart, 7295 Glory Rd., while in aisle 18 and by the time she got to isle four the purse was gone.

Staples police

THEFT — A $60 gas drive-off was reported at 9:01 a.m. Saturday at the Self Serve gas station, 1301 Fourth St. N.E.

Edward Vogel reported at 9:55 p.m. Nov. 7 the theft of a van at the 400 block First Street Northwest.

ARREST — Arrested a 48-year-old man at 8:08 p.m. Thursday on 12th Street and Wright Avenue Northeast for driving after cancellation, driving on a restricted license, no proof of insurance and probation violation.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 7:45 a.m. Thursday at Lakewood Park, 401 Prairie Ave., of someone striking the fence with a vehicle bending over a pole and damaging wire.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Deer versus vehicle accidents were reported at 9:47 p.m. Monday on County Road 2; at 7:09 a.m. Monday on County Road 3 and Bonnie Road; at 6:04 a.m. Monday on Woida Road and Franklin Drive; and at 5:53 a.m. on County Road 3 and Country Lane.

THEFT — Michael Roach, Merrifield, Monday reported the theft of nine batteries and three gallon containers of miscellaneous parts.

Beatrice Roberts, Crosby, Monday reported a theft.

FRAUD — First National Band of Deerwood of Garrison Monday reported a fraud.

ANIMAL — A report at 8:52 a.m. Monday of cows on the road at Mud Lake Road and Garden View Road in Nisswa.
