PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 10:13 a.m. Saturday that the plywood cover on the water fountain at Gregory Park, 424 N. Fifth St., was damaged.
DISTURBANCE — A report at 1:09 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance in the parking lot at the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast involving several people. Officers arrived and people denied arguing.
A report at 9:11 p.m. Saturday of three juveniles knocking on windows and rattling doors at the 700 block of 28th Street Southeast. Officers spoke to the juveniles and brought them home.
ARRESTS — A 31-year-old man was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree driving under the influence and third-degree refusal.
A 41-year-old man was arrested Friday for felony domestic assault/strangulation, terrorist threats and fifth-degree domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
A 25-year-old man was arrested for third-degree driving while intoxicated, careless driving and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
THEFT — Joseph Dukowitz, 700 block of 28th Street Southeast, Sunday reported the theft of tools from the back of his Ford Explorer.
A report Saturday of a vehicle stolen at the 1000 block of Kingwood Street.
Scott Blood Saturday reported the theft of a phone left on a table off Highway 25 South.
Super America, 421 N.E. Washington St., Friday reported a gas drive-off.
Megan Oneill Friday reported the theft of her wallet from her locker at the Brainerd Family YMCA, 602 Oak St.
BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 7:33 a.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of Madison Street.
THEFT — Super 8 Motel, 14341 Highland Scenic Dr., Sunday reported a party left without paying for room.
A report Saturday of a theft of a trailer at the 8000 block of Greenwood Road.
ARRESTS — A 28-year-old man was arrested at 3:15 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated.
DOMESTIC — A report at 3:12 p.m. Saturday of a verbal domestic near Highway 210 and Mile Lake Drive of a female in a vehicle arguing with a male in the ditch.
A report at 6:15 a.m. on Welton Road Friday of her estranged husband attempting to take her vehicle from her sister’s garage and he was yelling at her.

SHOOTING — A report at 6:23 p.m. Sunday of 24 shots east of Eide Road in Brainerd.
FIRE — A report at 4 p.m. Sunday of a snowmobile on fire in Deerwood. Deerwood Fire responded.
THEFT — A report at 11:03 a.m. Sunday of the theft of an all-terrain-vehicle and snowplow in Garrison.
Dylan Nebben, Cuyuna, Saturday reported the theft of a vehicle.
James Swanstrom, Merrifield, Friday reported the theft of a trailer axle valued at $150.
Michael Zauhar Friday reported a theft in Emily.
DOMESTIC — A report at 7:07 p.m. Saturday of a domestic between a mother and her juvenile daughter on Legionville Road.
FIGHT — A report at 4:12 a.m. Saturday of a fight in his vehicle in Nisswa.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 5:34 p.m. Saturday of a vehicle driving through the woods hitting trees in Ironton.
BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 9:53 p.m. Friday in Aitkin.
A burglary was reported at 7:37 p.m. Friday in Merrifield.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 9:16 a.m. Monday of gunshots on the all-terrain trail along Highway 27.
A report at 6:16 p.m. Thursday of an individual who ran over a microwave that was in the traffic lane on Broadway West.
FIRE — A vehicle fire was reported at 1:10 p.m. Friday in the Walmart parking lot, 15091 18th St. N.E.
A report at 9:11 p.m. Thursday at the 16000 block of Riverwood Drive of a possible fire with smoke coming from the basement. When officers arrived the complainant stated that she heard a loud bang in the basement. There was no smoke in basement and officers noticed water on the ground and the furnace was giving off steam.
THEFT — A theft was reported at 4:56 p.m. Thursday at 900 block Sixth Avenue.
A theft was reported at 4:32 p.m. Thursday at 600 block Seventh Street N.E.
A report at 9:03 a.m. Thursday of items that were taken from her unlocked vehicle while parked at the high school, 1001 Fifth Ave. S.E.A report at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday of two Coborns’ grocery carts were in the back yard at the 200 block of Second Street Southeast.
