SUSPICIOUS — An officer Saturday responded to a report on Erie Avenue of a suspicious male standing between two garages with a bicycle. Officer followed the bicycle tracks to a residence and made contact with a male. The male admitted he was trying to fix a bicycle chain with a “twisty-tie” behind a garage. The officer advised the male to stay off private property and advised him that a “twisty-tie” on a bike chain was probably not the best idea in the world.
