Brainerd police

FIGHT — A report at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday of a fight brewing at the 700 block of Laurel Street.

INTOXICATED — A report at 9:13 p.m. Tuesday of an intoxicated subject falling into the bushes at Southwest Fourth Street and Laurel Street.

ARREST — A 48-year-old man was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday at the 1000 block of Mill Avenue for terrorist threats, domestic assault and disorderly conduct.

OTHER — A report of two juveniles swearing while they were talking in front of the Brainerd Public Library, 416 S. Fifth St.

FRAUD — A report Tuesday of a fraud via credit card.

THEFT — David W. Smith Tuesday reported a theft at the 700 block of Laurel Street.

Brainerd High School, 702 Fifth St. S., Tuesday reported a theft of money from a gym locker.

Sarina Moore Tuesday reported a theft at the 700 block of Laurel Street.

OTHER — A report at 7:20 a.m. Tuesday of a female in the parking lot of the church with two horses tied to her vehicle.

ARREST — Arrested a Crosby resident on a county warrant for fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Arrested a 26-year-old man at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday on a probation violation.

Arrested a 42-year-old man at 1:29 p.m. Tuesday on driving while intoxicated.

BOMB — A report at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday of a contractor with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, finding blasting caps.

FRAUD — A report at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday of a fraud in Fifty Lakes.
