PROPERTY DAMAGE — Brittany Egan, 400 block of Second Avenue Northeast, made a report at 12:19 a.m. Thursday that a subject was attempting to kick her door in. Subject fled before officers arrived.

THEFT — Dustin Labandz, 800 block Washington Street, Wednesday reported the theft of a video game system, lap top computer and games.

ASSAULT — Brainerd High School, 702 South Fifth Street, reported an assault at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday.

GAS LEAK — A gas leak was reported at 9:38 p.m. Wednesday at the 700 block of South Sixth Street.

Baxter police

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A deer versus car crash was reported at 10:55 p.m. Wednesday at Highway 371 and Audubon Way.

FIRE — Charles Beasley, 13000 block of Kelly Drive, reported a large fire in the back yard at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday.

DOMESTIC — A report at 4:51 p.m. Wednesday of a domestic where complainant was hit in the neck by his wife at Highway 210 and Highland Scenic Road.

THEFT — A theft was reported at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday at the 800 block of Eighth Street Northwest.

ARREST — A 42-year-old Pierz resident was arrested at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday at the 100 block of Seventh Street Northeast after a report of a garbage complaint.
