SUSPICIOUS — A report at 3:59 p.m. Sunday of three subjects piling up snow on the steps of the Crow Wing County Historic Courthouse, 326 Laurel St., so they could snowboard on it.

A report at 3:58 a.m. Monday that the complainant believed he was being followed at M Street and Fifth Avenue Northeast. Officers made contact with driver, a juvenile female, was taking her aunt home.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 9:25 a.m. Sunday of a van with a pole sticking out of it. Officers found that the van had crashed through a metal fence at West College Drive and Conifer Drive.

ARRESTS — Arrested a 32-year-old man at 10:16 p.m. Monday after a report of a disturbance at the 1700 block of Oak Street.

Arrested a 22-year-old female and a 26-year-old male after a report of a disturbance at 1:20 a.m. Sunday at the 700 block of Southwest Fourth Street. The female was arrested for trespassing and the man for fleeing on foot, littering and possession of alcohol in public places and possession of drug paraphernalia.

DISTURBANCE — A report at 4:22 p.m. Monday that the subject would not return their child to her.

A report at 3:17 p.m. Monday of a disturbance where a male had to be removed from a party at the 1300 block of Shelly Lane.

FIGHT — A report at 9:57 p.m. Sunday of a fight involving four or five females at the 600 block of L Street. Citations were given for disorderly conduct and fighting.

A report at 1:04 a.m. Sunday of a fight at 800 block of Beech Street. Both subjects were drinking.

A report at 12:32 a.m. Sunday of a fight brewing between six individuals in the area of the VFW and the Blue Ox on Laurel Street.

A report at 2:54 p.m. Saturday of a fight amongst parents at a youth hockey game at the Brainerd Civic Center, 502 Jackson St.

A report at 12:10 p.m. Saturday of two kids fighting at the 1600 block of Oak Street.

ASSAULT — A report Sunday of the complainant being sexually assaulted 20 plus years ago in Brainerd.

An assault was reported at 8:17 p.m. Sunday at the 600 block of F Street.

Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center reported an assault at 3:36 p.m. p.m. Sunday at the 600 block of 16th Street Southeast.

A report at 4:30 p.m. Saturday that her juvenile son was assaulted during his hockey game at the Brainerd Civic Center, 502 Jackson St.

A report at 3:43 p.m. Saturday of being assaulted somewhere in Northeast Brainerd.

THEFT — A report of a theft of a jacket and hat at the 700 block of Laurel Street.

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday of a vehicle at 500 block of Washington, Brainerd. Officers learned that subject was fighting with roommates and needed some time alone.

A report at 6:49 p.m. Saturday of two persons who came off the complainant’s roof at the 14000 block of Franklin Drive and ran across the road with flashlights.

ASSAULT — A report at 9:42 p.m. Sunday at the 4800 block of Brentwood Road where an 18-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were arrested on felony county warrants. A report at the same address

at 11:26 p.m. Sunday of an assault.

THEFT — John Baxter, 13000 block of Knollwood Drive, Saturday reported the theft of a Christmas wreath.

ARREST — A 42-year-old man was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Friday at the 6000 block of Clearwater Road after a report of a disturbance and a harassment restraining order violation.

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 7:03 p.m. Monday of a girl wearing “a bad wearing pajama pants and sweatshirt” at 100th Street and County Road 45, Brainerd.

A report at 7:37 a.m. Sunday of a male outside a residence in Deerwood not dressed for the weather.

THEFT — Tyler Zahn, 5000 block of Ojibwa Road, Monday reported the theft of numerous items from a fish house.

Ricky Hagedorn, County Road 3, Monday reported the theft of a snowmobile that was taken in lieu of payments he owned.

Alissa St. John, 20000 block of Jackson Avenue, Brainerd, Monday reported the theft of two rings and a watch taken from her home.

ANIMAL — A report at 12:34 p.m. Monday that the complainant shot a dog that came into his yard at the 8000 block of Cook Road.

BURGLARY — Way Cool Video, 8037 U.S. Highway 169, reported a burglary at 9:20 a.m. Monday.

A report at 12:41 a.m. Monday of a burglary at the 10000 block of Highway 371, Brainerd.

Little Jims Autos Sale, 25229 Highway 18 in Deerwood, made a report at 3:25 p.m. Sunday of the business being broken into.

A report at 11:17 a.m. Sunday of a burglary in Garrison.

ASSISTED — Assisted the State Patrol at 11:16 p.m. Sunday with a one-vehicle rollover with an intoxicated driver along Highway 169 and County Road 26 in Garrison.

FIRE — A report at 5:17 p.m. Sunday of a large fire on the west side of Highway 371 and Johnson Road. Brainerd Fire Department sent a truck to locate a fire.

ARREST — A 22-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence at 1:43 p.m. Sunday after a reported of a two-vehicle property damage accident at Red Pine Road and Oak Hollow Road.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 1:40 p.m. Sunday of a Garrison woman said she returned home to her home being severely damaged.

Joel Peterson, Deerwood, Sunday reported damage to windows smashed on vehicle.

SHOOTING — A report at 12:10 a.m. Sunday of complainant hearing several rifle shots from the area of Sugarberry Creek and Pristine Pine Court. — Compiled by Jennifer Stockinger, Staff Writer
