Brainerd police

DISTURBANCE — A report at 10:18 a.m. Friday of a domestic at the 1000 block of Southeast 19th Street. It was reported that the subject had fled and a dog had been stabbed.

A report at 12:47 a.m. Saturday of yelling and screaming for the past few hours at the 9000 block of Northtown Street. Officers advised adults of complaint and they agreed to quiet down for the night.

ARRESTS — A 16-year-old male was arrested at 1:54 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct, damage to property and obstructing the legal process at the 500 block of North Third Street. It was reported that the male was in the emergency department at the hospital and was on a doctor’s hold, but he fled and when officers located him he was combative.

A 16-year-old male was arrested at 6:16 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct at Boys Port, 1406 Laurel St.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at 1 p.m. Saturday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct at the 1100 block of Oak Street.

A 23-year-old man was arrested at 10:48 p.m. Thursday for fourth-degree Driving While Intoxicated.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 11:53a.m. Tuesday for felony strangulation and domestic assault at the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 8:27 p.m. Sunday of a van pulling out of 500 block of Washington Street with graffiti on the window.

A report at 2:34 p.m. Saturday of a male breaking the door to her apartment at 800 block of Walnut Street and then he fled on foot.

A report at 11:33 p.m. Thursday of a male and female breaking a window in a house at 600 block of James Street.

A report at 11:58 a.m. Monday that her son’s apartment was broken into at the 1400 block of Norwood Street.

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 10:05 a.m. Saturday of a male taking photos of graffiti done overnight and laughing about it.

FIGHT — A report at 12:53 a.m. Monday of a fight at the Iron Rail, 707 Laurel St.

THEFT — East Side Auto, 413 N.E. Washington St., Friday reported a theft of a trailer with scrap metal in it.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 3:23 a.m. Tuesday of two Monopoly banker guys glued to the tunnel wall at the zero block of Excelsior Road.

DISTURBANCE — A disturbance was reported at 8:37 p.m. Sunday where a female had to be removed at the 7000 block of Greenwood Road.

ARREST — An 18-year-old man was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Saturday at Highway 371 and Excelsior Road for drug possession.

ASSIST — Assisted Crow Wing County on an arrest of a 33-year-old man for giving a false name to a police officer and a felony violation.

FIGHT — A report at 3:25 p.m. Monday of a disturbance on bus No. 115 at the 8000 block of Industrial Park Drive.

OTHER — A report at 9:19 p.m. Saturday of a strange liquid on the roadway at Thompson Road and Oakridge Road in Brainerd.

BOMB — The Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office Saturday reported a “bomb call out.”

A Minnesota duty officer Friday requested the county’s bomb squad for old tear gas for Aitkin County.

ARRESTS — A 27-year-old man was arrested at 10:17 p.m. Friday on a county warrant for first-degree burglary.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at 9:11 p.m. Friday on a county warrant for third-degree criminal sexual assault.

A 63-year-old subject was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Friday on a county warrant for driving after revocation. Subject being held in Mills Lacs County.

A 32-year-old male was arrested Friday in Aitkin on two county warrants.

A 41-year-old male was arrested at 11:38 a.m. Friday after a report of a theft of a wallet in Garrison.

A 20-year-old man was arrested at 5:32 a.m. in Minneapolis on a county warrant for fourth-degree assault.

DISTURBANCE — A report at 4:04 p.m. Sunday of a female who was out of control in Brainerd.

A report at 1:52 p.m. Sunday of a verbal argument between two males in Brainerd.

BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 4:11 p.m. Sunday in Garrison.

FIRE — A chimney fire was reported at 4:51 p.m. Saturday in Merrifield.

A report at 7:48 a.m. Saturday of an unattended control burn that is smoldering in Emily.

THEFT — Wayne Berry, Ironton, Saturday reported a theft of a bike.

Bruce London, Brainerd, Friday reported items taken from a fish house.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Glen Maske, Brainerd, Saturday reported his window broken.

Lloyd Warren Friday reported his fish house was broken into a few days ago on Whipple Lake.

SHOOTING — A report of gunshots at 12:51 a.m. Saturday in Riverton.

Little Falls police

CRASHES — A hit and run was reported at 11:07 a.m. Saturday on the 1900 block of First Avenue Northeast.

A hit and run was reported at 5:06 p.m. Thursday that occurred at the 500 block of Second Street Northeast.

A hit and run was reported at 11:18 a.m. Thursday at the 600 block of 11th Street Northeast.

THEFT — A report at 5:23 p.m. Friday of a theft of a wallet from the men’s locker room at St. Francis, 116 Eighth Ave. S.E.

A report at 4:18 p.m. Thursday of a theft of several old coins and some checks that were missing at the 900 block of Seventh Street Northeast.

A report Jan. 1 at the 200 block of Fourth Street Southwest of a theft of colored light bulbs (coil energy saving). Officers located the lights and the subject said the lights were stolen, but he didn’t steal them. The subject traded the lights for cigarettes to an unknown male.

ARRESTS — A 45-year-old and 41-year old were arrested at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday at the 100 block of First Street Northeast on county warrants.

BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday at St. Gabriel’s Hospital engineering department, 815 Second St. S.E. Tools were taken.

Morrison sheriff

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 9:10 p.m. Monday that her 4-year-old son told her that around Christmas time someone in a grey car stopped at the end of the driveway and gave him some money. When officer spoke to the Little Falls woman, she said she had talked to the her son further and found out it had to do with a lemonade stand they had set up.

A report at 6:31 p.m. Thursday of a man selling meat in the neighborhood.

ASSAULT — A report at 2:50 a.m. Sunday of an assault where a man slapped him in the face at the Maingate bar, 15401 Highway 115.

THEFT — Joshua Foss, Hillman, Saturday reported a theft of Hummingbird depth finder, 10-12 fishing rods, 12-volt deep cycle battery, Coleman propane lantern and a 20 pound LP propane cylinder.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Michael Puetz Saturday reported that his fish house on Lake Alexander in Cushing was broken into and five fishing rods with reels, an underwater camera, a fishing license, a dark house shelter license and a Coleman battery lantern were taken.

A report Saturday of a portable fish house that was burned up on Pierz Lake.

BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 9:57 a.m. Saturday in Royalton.

PERSONAL INJURY CRASHES — A two-vehicle accident was reported at 3:02 p.m. Friday on Hawthorne Road and Highway 27 in Little Falls that resulted injuries. The person was taken to St. Garbriel’s Hospital.

A one-vehicle crash was report at 10:45 p.m. Thursday on Lake Road in Pierz that injured Michael Poser. Poser was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital for possible injuries.

FIRE — A grease fire in a kitchen was reported at 1:04 p.m. Thursday in Randall.
