SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — A report at 1:38 a.m. Thursday of a male sprinting down the middle of Graydon Avenue from Linden Lane.

ARRESTS — A 40-year-old man was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Wednesday for aiding an offender and obstructing the legal process.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Vernon Smith, 15000 block of Riverside Drive, Wednesday reported an unknown vehicle slid off the roadway and into his fence.

Jamie Jones, 2000 block of Crestview Lane, Wednesday reported an unknown vehicle slid off the roadway, into her yard and hit a utility box.

SHOOTING — A report at 4:20 a.m. Wednesday of a shooting complaint in the area of the 1100 block of Oak Street. Officers were unable to locate the source of the complaint.

BURGLARY — A report at 9:32 a.m. Wednesday of someone breaking into Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church, 10583 Highway 169, Garrison.

THEFT — A report at 8:59 p.m. Wednesday in Brainerd that her sister is taking her things.

Jaqueline Uphoff Wednesday reported that two propane tanks, copper tubing and regulator from a fish house were taken at Merrifield Bay.

FRAUD — A report at 9:14 Wednesday of a credit card fraud in Crosby.

SHOOTING — A report at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday of someone shooting in the area of Bullfrog Trail in Brainerd.

ARRESTS — A 37-year-old man was arrested at 1:32 p.m. Wednesday on a county warrant for felony probation violation of second-degree possession of controlled substance.

A 20-year-old woman was arrested at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday on a probation violation.

A 43-year-old man was arrested at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday in Sherburne County on a county warrant.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday on a county warrant.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 9:13 a.m. Wednesday on a county warrant for felony financial transaction card fraud.

A 41-year-old woman was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Wednesday in Mille Lacs County on a county warrant.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 10:58 a.m. Wednesday of graffiti on the Paul Bunyan walking trail under the overpass on Excelsior Road.
