PROWLER — A report at 3:59 a.m. Monday that a resident at the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast heard someone kick her door in approximately 20 minutes ago and believes they are currently in the basement.

DOMESTIC — A report at 11:23 p.m. Sunday of complainant hearing people arguing and yelling at the 600 block of Sixth Street South. Officer responded and observed one person inside residence, who refused to answer the door.

A report at 4:27 a.m. Sunday of someone yelling at the 200 block of Eighth Street.

A report at 2:26 a.m. Sunday of a male out of control at the 1500 block of Riverside Drive.

DISTURBANCE — A report at 1:15 a.m. Sunday that complainant was out with two males at the 400 block of South Sixth Street and subject who was yelling obscenities while walking across the street.

A report at 5:10 p.m. Saturday of people yelling at the 1100 block of Norwood Street.

ARRESTS — A 25-year-old man was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Saturday at the 1200 block of J Street Northeast, for fleeing on foot, disorderly conduct and tresspass-unlawful entry.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 9:07 p.m. Saturday at the 800 block of Lum Park Road for third-degree driving while intoxicated (child endangerment) and fourth-degree DWI.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested at 12:36 p.m. Saturday for domestic assault at the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast.

A 39-year-old man was arrested at 7:59 a.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct at the 200 block of South Seventh Street.

A 50-year-old man was arrested at 5:53 p.m. Friday at the 7000 block of Glory Road, Baxter, on a county warrant for check fraud.

THEFT — Jennifer Baumgartner Sunday reported the theft of a vehicle at the 2000 block of South Sixth Street.

Adam Peterson Saturday reported wanting assistance in retrieving cellphone that was took at the 2300 block of Hillcrest Drive.

Benjamin Lockwood Saturday reported a theft of a jacket, wallet, cellphone and $630 in cash at the 700 block of Laurel St.

FIGHT — A large fight outside the Liquor Pigz, 718 Laurel St., was reported at 1:17 a.m. Saturday. Officers responded and no one was fighting, but they learned there was a confrontation between several males.

ASSAULT — A report at 5:33 p.m. Friday that a male dragged a female from her residence at the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. Officers unable to locate subjects.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Timothy Bahma, 1200 block of Mill Avenue, Friday reported that someone kicked a dent in his vehicle.

Jacob Maier, 15000 block of Riverside Drive, Friday reported that someone hit the fire hydrant in front of his place.

ARRESTS — A 69-year-old man was arrested at 6:28 p.m. Sunday after a report of a man walking down the middle of the road near County Road 23 and Meadowbrook.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at 2:28 p.m. Sunday in Benton County on a county warrant for second-degree drugs.

A 36-year-old man was arrested at 2:03 p.m. Sunday on a county warrant for fifth-degree assault and is being housed in Mille Lacs County.

A 24-year-old man was arrested at 11:17 a.m. Sunday after a report of an alarm at Clearwater Point Road.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 4:19 p.m. Saturday after a report that a suspect was assaulting a friend in a house at Three Mile Road, Brainerd.

A 21-year-old man woman was arrested at 1:19 p.m. Friday in Martin County on a county warrant.

A 48-year-old man was arrested at 10:52 a.m. Friday in St. Cloud on a county warrant for felony theft.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at 10:00 a.m. Friday in St. Cloud on a county warrant of disorderly conduct.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at 8:54 a.m. Friday on a county warrant for probation violation and third-degree driving under the influence.

NOISE — A report at 12:35 a.m. Sunday that a male in Room 1 is having “some sort of episode” in Deerwood.

SHOOTING — A report at 6:16 p.m. Sunday of a woman hearing multiple gunshots in the Ironton area.

A report at 10:20 p.m. Saturday of man hearing five gunshots near Blakeman Road, Brainerd.

THEFT — Stephanie Hesse, 10000 block of 70th Street, Brainerd, Sunday reported the theft of hay.

Brady Buckentine, Brainerd, Friday reported a theft of a computer.

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 10:51 p.m. Saturday that a suspicious car was at the end of the driveway in Ironton.

FIRE — A report at 3:54 p.m. Saturday of a large bonfire and possibly a tree on fire off Highway 6 in Emily.

Ellen Ukura, Ironton, Friday reported a gas leak in her basement.

ANIMAL — Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center Saturday reported an animal bite from a dog in Pine River.

Staples police

THEFT — Misty Uselman, 700 block of Wisconsin Avenue Southwest, Sunday reported the theft of her iPhone 3GS.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — April Bernu, New York Mills, Wednesday reported damage to her vehicle in the parking lot at Lakewood Health Systems. The back window was broken and it was unknown what caused the damage or if it was related to the extremely cold temperatures.
