ANIMAL — A report at 9:07 p.m. Wednesday that a dog was hit and killed at Southeast 13th Street and Hart Road. Officer and animal control officer were unable to locate the owner of the dog.
BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday at the 600 block of 16th Street Southeast.
ARRESTS — A 22-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were arrested at 1:53 p.m. Wednesday for felony theft of $1,500 worth of metal items taken from Road Equipment, 2006 Southeast 13th St. The men were located in Morrison County where they were arrested.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — First Congregational United Church of Christ, 415 Juniper St., Wednesday reported a broken window on the east side of the church that occurred sometime Sunday.

ARRESTS — A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday on a probation violation.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Breezy Point on a county warrant.
A 67-year-old woman was arrested at 1:37 p.m. Wednesday in the lobby of the Crow Wing County Jail on a warrant.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Paul Hardenberg Wednesday reported a Ford Expedition struck a tree near Garrison.
SCAM — A report at 8:39 a.m. Wednesday of a woman in Aitkin getting a phone call that was a scam.
ARRESTS — A 38-year-old man was arrested at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday for misdemeanor shoplifting and a felony probation violation at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Dr.
ARRESTS — A 41-year-old man was arrested at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic complaint on Highway 10 in Royalton.
A 31-year-old man was arrested at 9:09 p.m. Feb. 10 on Haven Road and Pine Avenue in Little Falls after a traffic stop.
A 19-year-old man was arrested at 4:19 p.m. Feb. 10 at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1600 First Ave. N.E., Little Falls, on two county warrants.
THEFT — Keith Nelson, Cushing, Wednesday reported that someone went on the back of his property and took some old junk machinery and scrap metal. Items that were taken included an old stripped boat trailer, an old John Deere snowmobile and junk trailer, a Cub Cadet lawn mower, an old tractor bucket and lots of miscellaneous pipes and scrap metal. The value is unknown.
Dale Gimbel, Little Falls, Tuesday reported the theft of a realty sign.
CIVIL — A report Tuesday on 185th Street in Little Falls that a neighbor was cutting down his trees and he wanted a deputy out there right now or he would take his gun out there himself and stop them. The complainant was advised to have a survey done on the property lines. The neighbors stated that there is no property line and that they were just trying to clear the trees that were growing into the field. They were also advised to get a survey done.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Danielle Skwira, Pierz, Tuesday reported that her mailbox and a neighbors’s mailbox were damaged.
FIRE — A report at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 9 of a wood pile and an all-terrain vehicle were on fire in Hillman.
