SUSPICIOUS — A report at 10:15 a.m. Sunday of two males in an unknown driveway at F Street and Fourth Avenue Northeast yelling. Officers checked area and there were no signs of any offense in the area.
A report at 9:26 p.m. Saturday of juveniles climbing on other residents’ vehicles and harassing other children on the 600 block of Southwest Sixth Street.
A report at 8:10 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of Southeast 16th Street that the complainant believed that a male driver was exiting holding a beer can and he made a comment about being in a crash. Officer located the vehicle that was unoccupied and officer was unable to make contact with anyone at the residence.
A report at 6:09 p.m. Saturday of a juvenile male tampering with the complainant’s vehicle on the 1400 block of Pine Street. Subject fled on foot prior to officers arrival. Officers unable to locate. No theft or damage was reported.
A report at 11:58 p.m. Saturday of an unknown male knocking on her door on the 700 block of F Street. Officer located subject, who was intoxicated, in the immediate area.
A report at 7:17 p.m. Friday that the complainant’s mail is being tampered with on the 500 block of South 11th Street.
TRESPASS — A report at 6:52 p.m. Saturday that a subject was trespassing at the railroad depot building, 717 Front St.
PROWLER — A report at 12:27 a.m. Monday that the complainant reported seeing someone and hearing noises in the backyard on the 1000 block of Ivy Street.
THEFT — Sherri Ross Sunday reported the theft of her purse from her unlocked car on the 800 block of 12th Avenue Northeast.
Justin Norring, 600 block of Ronald Street, Saturday reported the theft of a cell phone and jacket.
Port Group Home for Girls Saturday reported that one of its residents stole money while working out at location on the 700 block of Laurel Street.
Melissa Bush Saturday reported a theft from her vehicle while parked on the 700 block of Southeast 28th Street.
Angel Marcks Saturday reported a vehicle break-in on the 2800 block of Clara Street.
A juvenile at Brainerd High School, 702 South Fifth St., Friday reported a theft.
Kristine Fink Friday reported a theft of a purse from a cart in the parking lot of Cub Foods, 417 Ave. Northeast.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Allen Gardner, 300 block of North Seventh Street, Sunday reported that the rear window of his truck was smashed out.
Mallory Smith Sunday reported the left front window of her vehicle was broken out within the last two hours on North Eighth Street and Ivy Street.
Todd Barnett Saturday reported that a rental property was damaged on the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast.
Sheila Smith Friday reported that the tires on her vehicle were slashed on the 900 block of South Eighth Street.
ARRESTS — A 23-year-old man was arrested at 6:57 a.m. Sunday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct after a report of a disturbance on the 700 block of Southeast 28th Street.
A 31-year-old man and a 30-year-old man were arrested at 2:32 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Front Street after a report of a domestic. The 30-year-old was arrested for obstructing legal process with force and the 30-year-old was arrested for disorderly conduct.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Sunday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct after a report of a disturbance on the 500 block of South Eighth Street.
A 17-year-old female and a 14-year-old female were arrested at 11:24 a.m. Saturday for terroristic threats after a report that two residents were out of control and threatening staff at Port Group Home for Girls.
A 43-year-old man was arrested at 11:01 a.m. Saturday after a traffic stop on the 1300 block of J Street Northeast for driving while his driver’s license status was canceled-inimical to public safety.
A 27-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were arrested at 12:39 a.m. Saturday on probation violations after a report of a large fight in the area of the Liquor Pigz, 718 Laurel St., and Iron Rail, 707 Laurel St.
CITED — A 14-year-old male at the Brainerd High School, 702 South Fifth St., Friday was cited for possession of tobacco.

ARRESTS — A 21-year-old woman was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Sunday in Morrison County on a Crow Wing County warrant for furnishing alcohol to a minor.
A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 7:28 p.m. Saturday in Sherburne County on two county warrants for theft.
A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 6:19 p.m. Saturday in Bemidji on a county warrant.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 10:17 a.m. Saturday of a white Yukon that struck two mailboxes on County Road 10 in Deerwood.
BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 9:44 p.m. Friday at a residence on County Road 135 in Deerwood.
WELFARE — A report at 7:08 p.m. Friday of a male walking on crutches in Merrifield.
FRAUD — A report at 11:10 a.m. Friday of a suspect taking out a credit card in a 12-year-old victim’s name in Crosby.
A report at 9:41 a.m. Friday of two debit transactions on the complainant’s account over the weekend from Singapore.
DISTURBANCE — A report at 12:51 a.m. Friday of a disturbance between two males in Garrison.

FIRE — A report Friday of a grass fire at 808 Ann Marie Circle. Complainant had put out the fire prior to officers arrival. Little Falls Fire Department responded.
ARRESTS — A 29-year-old was arrested at 12:51 a.m. Thursday after a traffic stop at 11th Street and Third Avenue Northeast.
A 28-year-old was arrested at 2:01 p.m. Wednesday at Royal Cafe, 120 Broadway W., on two warrants.
A 53-year-old was arrested at 12:44 a.m. Feb. 21 on the 400 block of Second Street after a report of a domestic assault.
THEFTS — A report at 5:43 p.m. Feb. 21 of the theft of three bicycles on the 500 block of Fourth Street Northeast.
ARRESTS — A man was arrested at 4:05 a.m. Sunday on fourth-degree driving while intoxicated along Highway 10 in Staples.
SHOOTING — A report at 9:10 p.m. Friday of a complainant possibly hearing gun shots near the intersection of Second Street Southwest and Kansas Avenue Southwest.
THEFT — A report Feb. 21 that a battery charger was taken from Auto Value, 130 Second Ave. N.E.
