DISTURBANCE — A report at 6:39 p.m. Sunday that a juvenile male was out of control on the 13000 block of Cypress Drive. Officers spoke to male about his behavior and male agreed to calm down and behave.
A report at 12:13 p.m. Saturday of a neighbor dispute on the 13000 block of Kenwood Drive.
FRAUD — A report at 10:12 a.m. Monday of a resident receiving a bill from Paypal, but didn’t order the items.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Vicki Kaul, 14000 block of Shoreview Dr., Sunday reported that a vehicle was egged.
Wendy Ohotto, 6300 block of Dahlin Road, Saturday reported that eggs were thrown at the residence.
A report at 1:55 a.m. Friday that new graffiti was spray painted on tunnel walls on the zero block of Excelsior Road.
MISSING — Heartland Recovery Center, 13402 Birch Dr., Saturday reported two juvenile runaways. Subjects later located by Brainerd Police Department and they were returned back to the center.
ARREST — A 30-year-old man was arrested at 11:37 p.m. Friday at Excelsior Road and Conservation Drive on a Mille Lacs County warrant.
DRIVING — A report at 10:13 p.m. Friday that a vehicle was traveling the wrong way in the parking lot isle at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road.
FIRE — A report at 8:54 p.m. Sunday of something burning on the bike trail located south of Oak Street. Officer located a plastic garbage can burning on trail and extinguished the fire.
CITED — A 16-year-old male was cited Sunday for careless driving and possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle on Southeast 13th Street and Oak Street.
DISTURBANCE — A report at 4:09 a.m. Sunday that a subject was drunk and the complainant wanted him out of his residence on the 1100 block of Oak Street.
A report at 2:55 a.m. Sunday of several people outside on the 700 block of Laurel Street being really loud and screaming. One citation was issued to a female for underage consumption.
A report at 2:14 p.m. Saturday on the 2800 block of Blair Street that the complainant wanted police to remove a subject. The subject left residence before officers arrived.
A report at 1:54 p.m. Friday of a verbal disturbance outside the Brainerd Police Department, 225 E. River Road, during a child exchange. Complainant reported finding both side tires on her vehicle flat from being slashed when she got home.
ARRESTS — A 28-year-old man was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street on a Department of Corrections warrant.
A 48-year-old woman was arrested at 9:41 p.m. Saturday for third-degree driving while impaired, driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, no insurance and seat belt violation after a traffic stop on South Eighth Street and Oak Street.
A 51-year-old man was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Saturday on the 11600 block of State Avenue on a Department of Corrections warrant.
A 20-year-old woman was arrested at 12:44 a.m. Saturday for third-degree driving under the influence after a report of a theft of gas at SuperAmerica, 1223 S. Sixth St.
A juvenile was arrested after a report at 9:48 p.m. Friday of a vehicle swerving near Kiwanis Park and almost going down the hill.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at 3:44 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Nikkohi Road for domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
A 14-year-old male and a 16-year-old male were arrested at 6:20 p.m. Friday on the 700 block of 28th Street Southeast for burglary and theft. A 15-year-old male was cited for receiving stolen property and a 16-year-old male was cited for obstructing and possession of tobacco by a minor.
OTHER — A report at 1:46 a.m. Sunday that a neighbor’s yard was toilet papered on the 1600 block of Norwood Street.
A report at 12:56 a.m. Saturday that a house on the 1000 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast had toilet paper thrown all over the yard. Officers located three individuals walking who stated that they saw two males running south.
A report at 12:27 p.m. Friday of a verbal domestic in the parking lot at H&R Block, 516 N.W. Sixth St.
INTOXICATED — A report at 1:31 a.m. Sunday of a group of intoxicated men punching signs on the 300 block of Laurel Street. Officers located men and advised them to stop.
NOISE — A report at 11:36 p.m. Saturday of loud music on the 700 block of Pine Street. Officers attempted to make contact with subject, but they would not answer the door.
A report at 9:04 p.m. Saturday of loud music on the 1000 block of Portland Avenue. Officers met with six adults who were tending a bon fire.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Robert Caughlin Friday reported two garages were broken into on the 1100 block of Industrial Park Road.
James Robert, 1100 block of Oak Street, Friday reported a theft of tools from a tool kit that was in an unlocked stairwell.
