SUSPICIOUS — A report at 8:12 p.m. Sunday of two people with flashlights in the woods behind the garages of Manor West and Manor East, 400 block of West College Drive.
DISTURBANCE — A report at 2:45 a.m. Sunday of people outside playing football for more than 45 minutes and they are “very loud.” Officer advised about a dozen individuals of the complaint and they agreed to stop for the night.
A report at 2:15 a.m. Sunday of four males in back of apartments on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street being loud and urinating in public.
INTOXICATED — A report at 6:01 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male urinating in public on the 800 block of Front Street.
ARRESTS — A 52-year-old man was arrested at 4:05 p.m. Sunday for fourth-degree driving while impaired and stop sign violation after a traffic stop on Third Avenue Northeast and B Street.
A 47-year-old woman was arrested at 2:16 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct on the 1000 block of Mill Avenue.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at 9:08 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct after a report of two males fighting in south Brainerd.
A 25-year-old woman was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct after a report of an intoxicated person tried to get into a neighboring residence on the 900 block of South 10th Street.
A 31-year-old man was arrested at 2:33 p.m. Saturday for domestic assault on the 1000 block of 10th Avenue Northeast.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 5:37 p.m. Friday for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor probation violation after a report of a disturbance in the parking lot at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Avenue Northeast.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Friday for indecent exposure, probation violation, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance and third-degree DWI after a report that a male exposed himself to several females in the parking lot at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Avenue Northeast.
CITATION — A woman was cited for disorderly conduct at 5:54 p.m. Saturday after a report of a disturbance at the laundry mat at 819 1/2 Washington St.
SHOOTING — A report at 3:47 p.m. Sunday of someone target practicing in the area, possible within city limits om the 7600 block of Wise Road.
A report of a shooting complaint at 6:55 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of North Third Street.
BURGLARY — A report at 4:22 p.m. Saturday of a burglary on the 700 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.
A report at 1:42 p.m. Friday of a burglary on the 700 block of Laurel Street.
THEFT — Brittney Dahlberg Sunday reported a theft of numerous items from her unlocked vehicle while parked on the 1100 block of Wright Street.
Steven Bahr Saturday reported that someone took his dash car stereo from his unlocked car on South Eighth Street and Maple Street.
Lillie Carner, 700 block of South Seventh Street, Friday reported a theft of a BMX bike that occurred sometime last week.
ARRESTS — A 19-year-old man was arrested at 3:12 a.m. Monday in the parking lot at Taco Bell, 14175 Edgewood Dr.. N., after a report of a welfare check of possible drug possession.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Saturday after a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a lot on the 14000 block of Oakwood Drive. The driver was cited for drug and paraphernalia possession.
Two 21-year-old men were arrested at 8:31 p.m. Friday on the 5700 block of Laverne Circle after a report of drug information.
INFORMATION — A report at 3:11 p.m. Sunday of juvenile males throwing unknown objects from a white vehicle on the 14000 block of Dellwood Drive.
THEFT — Gary Bergquist Sunday reported the theft of mulch dropped in the roadway on Foley Road.
Max Molus Sunday reported a renter moved out and stole all the furnishings at a residence on the 13000 block of Arrowhead Drive.
Wireless Zone, 14303 Edgewood Dr., Friday reported a theft of a display cellphone.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 1:31 a.m. Sunday of information that marijuana was being smoked in an apartment building on the 100 block of Fifth Street. Upon arrival, officer could smell burnt marijuana in the hallway, but could not locate which room it was coming from.
A report at 1:55 p.m. Thursday of suspicious activity involving a vehicle at Central Lakes College, 1830 Airport Road N.E. It was reported that someone left a note on a student’s vehicle that stated, “Do you like to play games?”
ARRESTS — A man was charged with obstructing and fleeing on foot after a report at 11:05 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Highway 10. Police were checking out an intoxicated female when the man began to interfere. The man was instructed to leave the area but refused. He was told he was under arrest and when officers approached him he started walking away. The man was told to stop, but he entered his house and locked the door. The man then called the ambulance claiming to have a medical condition.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 10:09 p.m. Wednesday that a vehicle struck a fire hydrant at the intersection of Prairie Avenue and Velkommen Street.
Sabrina Meide March 26 reported the theft of an engagement ring from her mother’s residence on the 1200 block of Eighth Street Northeast.

FIRE — A report at 7:58 p.m. Saturday of neighbors possible burning leaves on the 4000 block of West Sibley Street.
Little Falls police
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 8:31 a.m. Friday of a truck that had struck the stop arms on the railroad tracks on Highway 27.
