THEFT — Alice Buschmann, 14000 block of Forest Drive, Tuesday reported that she borrowed her van to her daughter and her daughter said it was stolen last night.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Michelle Mohrfeld Tuesday reported that there was graffiti on the city street signs on Parkwood Drive and Highland Scenic.

OTHER — Acceleration Sports and Equipment, 607 Laurel St., Tuesday reported that an unknown customer was upset after getting an estimate to fix a bike and he flipped his middle finger.

DISTURBANCE —Lincoln Education Center, 604 South Sixth St., Tuesday reported a female student causing a disturbance.

THEFT — Christian Borle, 600 block of Oak Street, Wednesday reported a theft of a stereo.

A report at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast of a theft of a hand gun.

ARRESTS — A 29-year-old man was arrested at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and third-degree refusal to submit a chemical test after a driving complaint on the 500 block of Jackson Street.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday for domestic assault.

THEFT — Weichert Realtors Tuesday reported a theft of a realty sign in Aitkin.

A report at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday of a residence in Brainerd that was stripped of everything.

Jamie Vogt, Merrifield area, Tuesday reported a theft of a cellphone.

BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday on the 10000 block of Bollenbacher Road, Brainerd.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Darryl Banister Tuesday reported tires were slashed on the 10000 block of 30th Street, Brainerd.
