Crow Wing sheriff

INTOXICATED —A report at 12:14 p.m. Thursday of a male by a vehicle who appeared intoxicated and had an empty whiskey bottle in the front seat of the vehicle along Crow Wing County Road 44.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS — Todd A. Hummel, 19, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Thursday for domestic assault, underage consumption and a warrant on Evergreen Avenue.

Devon M. Majersky, 22, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Thursday for third-degree driving while intoxicated and third-degree assault after a report in north Brainerd.

Shawn Simpson, 38, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. Thursday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, third-degree refusal to submit a chemical test, driving after suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia on Washington Street.

David Engdahl, 59, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. Thursday for felony terroristic threats and disorderly conduct after a report by Minnesota Specialty Health System, 11615 State Ave. Building No. 21.

DRIVING — A report at 5:09 p.m. Thursday that a driver cut the complainant off and made an obscene gesture at her on the 300 block of Washington Street.

Little Falls police

ARREST — An 18-year-old was arrested at 7:16 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of Buck Lane after a report of a dispute.
