Baxter police

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 5:19 a.m. Tuesday of male juvenile in the Inglewood Drive area with a small ax or hatchet. Officers were unable to locate subject.

CRASH — A report at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday that a bus driver witnessed a vehicle hitting a pedestrian at Glory and College roads. The driver stopped and then took off without speaking to the victim. Victim had no injuries but was sore.

Crow Wing sheriff

WELFARE — A report at 5:25 a.m. Tuesday of a male dancing in the roadway. Subject was treated for low blood sugar by North Memorial Ambulance.
