ASSIST — A deputy came across a vehicle with its hazard lights on that had a boat seat lodged under the vehicle at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday. Deputy located the vehicle’s jack, raised the vehicle and pulled the boat seat out.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday that the complainant’s brother-in-law has been using his computer to view inappropriate things and drinking all of his alcohol when they are not home in Crosby.
ARREST — Charles R. Rolfson, 25, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of First Avenue Northeast for gross misdemeanor interference with emergency communications and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
DISTURBANCE — A report Wednesday of a male yelling at traffic on South Sixth and Oak streets.
