SUSPICIOUS — A report at 10:19 a.m. Friday of a camoflauge vehicle driving on the 300 block of Laurel Street with a machine gun mounted on top of it. The vehicle owner was advised to remove the gun.

ARRESTS —Joseph A. Clark, 20, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of D Street for felony strangulation, domestic assault, felony probation violation, first-degree criminal sexual conduct and false imprisonment.
