Brainerd police

ARRESTS — Antwon G. Robinson, 40, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. Sunday for electronic solicitation of a child after a report of a subject sending inappropriate text messages to children.

Kim E. Bandow, 52, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. Saturday in northeast Brainerd for third-degree driving while impaired (DWI), DWI with alcohol content of .08 or more within two hours and first-degree aggravating factor and restricted license violation.

A 11-year-old male was cited at 4:38 p.m. Friday on the 1400 block of Laurel Street for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct. The male was taken to Itasca Juvenile Center.

Baxter police

INFORMATION — A report at 2:45 p.m. Sunday that the complainant was in a costume standing on Elder Drive for Play and Trade and that a black Dodge pick-up drove by and threw eggs at her.

Crow Wing sheriff

FIRE — A grass fire in the ditch was reported at 2:56 p.m. Friday in Cuyuna. The Cuyuna Fire Department was paged.

A 20- by-40-foot grass fire was reported at 2:19 p.m. Friday east of Mille Lake Road and Mille Bay Road in Crosby. The complainant put out the fire with an extinguisher.

Staples police

DISTURBANCE — A report at 3:23 a.m. Sunday of a noise complaint on the 100 block of Mini Drive. Upon arrival, officers learned that a family member had been responsible for making the noise.

BURGLARY — A report at 9 a.m. Saturday of a break-in to the chamber office at the railroad depot. One item was taken from the office and moderate damage to the door.

Little Falls police

ASSIST — Assisted the sheriff’s office at 7:26 p.m. Thursday on a report of a capsized canoe with two children in the water near Blanchard Dam. Police were canceled while en route as everyone was safely out of the water.
