Police: Shots fired at law officers, protesters pepper sprayed as protest site grows tense


Baxter police

SUSPICIOUS — Benjamin Koss reported finding cigarette butts in his clothes pockets which were hanging on laundry line at 7:26 p.m. Saturday on Mapleton Road in Baxter. He requested extra patrol.

Brainerd police

INFORMATION — John Martin Moses reported at 10:04 a.m. Saturday on 19th Street that his neighbor mowed his yard. Officer spoke with both parties and advised to not mow other people’s property.

A report at 7:58 p.m. Friday that her 6-year-old is out of control.
