INFORMATION — A report at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday that her daughters are at their grandmother’s and they should be home on Legionville Road in Brainerd.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday that neighbors 4-year-old damaged her son’s electric big wheel in Cuyuna.

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday of several people with alcohol going under the bridge on Washington Street. Officers unable to locate.

MISSING — A 3-year-old child was reported missing at 6 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of N Street. The child was located underneath the deck upon arrival.

VANDALISM — A report at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday that Brainerd Jaycees Park on the 1600 block of Rosewood Street was vandalized.

ARRESTS — Jade J. Nickels, 34, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. Wednesday for second-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving after revocation.

Devon Eng, 23, was arrested at 8:18 a.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Northern Pacific Drive on a traffic stop. Eng was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree DWI of a controlled substance, driving after revocation, no insurance, misdemeanor theft and illegal use of license plates and possession of drug paraphernalia.
