CIVIL — A report at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday that her husband is angry and locked the complainant out of the house in Cuyuna.
ANIMAL — City of Baxter made a report at 9:28 a.m. Thursday of an anonymous complaint of possible animal abuse on the 6000 block of Clearwater Road.
ARREST — Michael Gregory Olson, 30, was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday for gross misdemeanor no insurance, driving after revocation and expired registration on Edgewood Drive and Clearwater Road.
JUVENILES — A report at 7:33 p.m. Wednesday of four to five young teenagers smoking in the yard on the 700 block of Eighth Street South.
A report at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday of young kids smoking and swearing by the water fountain in Gregory Park, 424 N. Fourth St. Kids left on foot prior to officers’ arrival.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 11:04 a.m. Wednesday of a vehicle filled with a bunch of people was parked across the Brainerd Housing and Redevelopment building, 324 E. River Road. Officer made contact and the four subjects said they slept in the vehicle overnight.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 8:24 p.m. Sept. 20 that someone had put a dead skunk in one of his porta potty’s in Hillman.
FIRE — Todd County requested Motley Fire to be paged to a house fire at 10:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 48000 block of 321st Avenue.
A fire in the woods near Eagle’s Landing Golf Course was reported at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday in Fort Ripley. A tree and leaves were on fire. Little Falls Fire Department was paged and DNR was notified.
A small fire on the tracks on Haven and Highway 10 in Little Falls was reported at midnight Wednesday. The deputy was able to extinguish the fire without incident.
A report at 2:05 p.m. Monday of a fire in a corn field off 50th Avenue and 145th Street in Little Falls. The DNR and Swanville Fire Department responded. The renter of the field was chopping the corn when something sparked and caused the fire. The high winds enhanced the fire to a small swamp area. An acre was burned.
A report at 12:43 p.m. Saturday that a camper was on fire in front of Mr. Ed’s, 116 Highway 10 N., Motley. Motley Fire paged.
