Baxter police

THEFT — A report at 7:46 a.m. Wednesday of a theft from the back of a vehicle on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive.

A report at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday of a theft of a snowmobile on the 10000 block of Country Lane in Brainerd.

Little Falls police

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 9:44 p.m. Monday of a strange smell on the 700 block of First Street Northeast. Officers checked the residence and everything smelled normal.

Staples police

THEFT — A report at 4:22 p.m. Friday a theft of a cellphone and food on the 200 block of Wisconsin Avenue Southeast.

A report Feb. 12 of a theft from a vehicle that was parked at Central Lakes College (CLC), 1830 Airport Road NE.

A report Feb. 11 of a theft on the 700 block of Sixth Street Southeast of a welding helmet and gloves.

A report Feb. 11 of a theft from a vehicle at CLC, 1830 Airport Road NE.

KIDS — A report at 5:31 p.m. Feb. 13 of kids throwing snowballs at cars on the 900 block of Second Avenue Northeast. No children were located playing outside in the area.
